Tech Lead – Hands-on

• Serve as the technical reference for Backoffice systems and squads. • Act as the liaison between Development, Enterprise Architecture, Product, Security, Infrastructure, and other relevant areas. • Participate in the technical refinement of stories, epics, and initiatives, anticipating risks, dependencies, and architectural impacts. • Translate architectural guidelines into viable solutions for development teams. • Support the definition of solution architectures, integrations, APIs, components, and technical standards. • Oversee the full lifecycle of requests, from conception and technical design through production deployment. • Conduct code reviews and define development standards and quality practices. • Support the evolution and modernization of legacy systems, reducing risks and technical debt. • Ensure documentation of architectural decisions, integrations, API contracts, and key technical rules. • Provide technical support to developers, promoting mentoring, knowledge sharing, and team development. • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. • Promote technical integration and alignment across different squads and vendors.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience as a Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, or Senior Developer with technical leadership responsibilities.
- Experience designing and evolving enterprise system architectures.
- Solid development experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core.
- Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and service-oriented architectures.
- Knowledge of microservices, layered architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and development best practices.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of messaging systems and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with code reviews, automated testing, and software quality practices.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and continuous delivery processes.
- Experience with containers, preferably Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Ability to produce and maintain technical and architectural documentation.
