• Work on the development and evolution of backend services using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS. • Support new backend development efforts using Go. • Build, maintain, and evolve APIs, integrations, and backend services. • Support system modernization, migration/refactoring of business rules, and improvement of existing workflows. • Work with PostgreSQL, performing queries, analysis, and necessary adjustments. • Collaborate with the team to define technical solutions, best practices, and development standards. • Participate in technical refinements, story analysis, estimations, and architecture discussions. • Ensure code quality, readability, maintainability, and the healthy evolution of the solution. • Support problem investigations, bug fixes, performance improvements, and technical maintenance when necessary. • Work closely with the PO, QA, Tech Lead, and other developers to ensure consistent deliveries.

• DevOps & Enablement Architecture • Define and implement scalable DevOps frameworks for the SSP • Establish CI/CD standards, versioning, and release strategies • Enable development teams with templates, best practices, and reusable automations • Build and evolve continuous integration and delivery pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.) • Design automated deployment workflows for container-based environments (Docker / ECS) • Ensure consistency and traceability in delivery processes • Design monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (CloudWatch, Grafana, etc.) • Define SLIs, SLOs, and reliability metrics • Act proactively to prevent incidents • Design cloud-native architectures (ECS, ALB, IAM, networking) • Optimize performance, scalability, and cost • Create runbooks, playbooks, and operational procedures for production environments • Serve as a technical bridge between Engineering and the global support team • Ensure all operations are standardized, auditable, and secure • Identify technical bottlenecks (e.g., performance, databases, APIs, outdated images) • Lead modernization initiatives (e.g., event-driven architecture, caching) • Continuously evolve the organization's DevOps maturity

• Drive the evolution and governance of a technology ecosystem supporting multiple business verticals. • Ensure integration and seamless operation of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms. • Define standards and architectural blueprints for CRM platform customizations. • Contribute to the customer-centricity strategy. • Ensure efficient use of the platforms' native capabilities. • Design integration architectures between front-end and back-end using APIs. • Conduct design reviews and provide technical mentoring.

• Serve as a technical reference in Solutions Architecture, supporting and guiding technical teams. • Define and size architectural solutions based on functional and non-functional requirements. • Design modern architectures based on microservices that are decoupled and reusable. • Evaluate and recommend on-premises and cloud solutions aligned with IT and business strategy. • Support validation and adoption of new technologies, promoting technological innovation. • Ensure solutions adhere to standards, best practices, and the organization's reference architecture. • Manage and assess technical debt, considering costs, risks, and timelines. • Define and promote IT architecture practices, models, and principles across the organization. • Contribute to the company's technological evolution vision and digital transformation. • Engage and lead technical teams, fostering collaboration and team development.

• Lead the development and execution of technology strategies aligned with business objectives, identifying opportunities for innovation, operational efficiency, and growth. • Conduct workshops with clients to identify opportunities to deliver value through technological solutions, including automation, digital transformation, enterprise platforms, and data analytics. • Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and external partners to translate business requirements into viable technological solutions. • Foster the development of technology communities, promoting a culture of innovation and increasing knowledge, adoption, and development of technological solutions. • Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in technology, digital transformation, and solution architecture. • Monitor the technology trends radar and propose strategic initiatives based on that analysis. • Create and distribute communication materials, such as newsletters and blogs, to engage the community on technology and innovation topics. • Ensure compliance with guidelines and best practices for the development and implementation of technological solutions, cultivating a culture of governance, information security, and quality, with a focus on monitoring metrics and performance indicators. • Evaluate the performance of community initiatives and events by conducting impact analyses and collecting feedback.
