Role Description Penguin Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate our growth within the media and entertainment vertical. This role will be instrumental in growing our footprint by building strategic relationships, winning new business, and expanding engagements with studios, streaming platforms, broadcasters, sports media organizations, gaming companies, and other content-driven enterprises. You will design and execute sales strategies that position Penguin as a trusted partner in enterprise AI, delivering innovative solutions that address the most pressing challenges in content creation, rendering, virtual production, real-time streaming, AI-powered post-production, and large-scale media workflows. Responsibilities - Drive net-new business and expansion opportunities within media and entertainment accounts by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities. - Leverage M&E industry expertise and market intelligence to align Penguin’s solutions with evolving customer needs and regulatory requirements. - Establish and maintain strong executive-level relationships with C-Suite stakeholders and decision-makers across the media technology ecosystem. - Lead consultative sales engagements to demonstrate the value of Penguin’s enterprise AI offerings and ensure alignment with client objectives. - Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and delivery teams to design tailored solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. - Represent Penguin at industry events, conferences, and forums to build visibility, credibility, and pipeline opportunities. - Ensure seamless post-sales engagement, fostering long-term partnerships and expanding account growth. - Build and maintain relationships with key ecosystem partners to enhance solution offerings and market reach. Qualifications - 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or account leadership roles with a strong preference for candidates who have sold solutions into media and entertainment customers. - Demonstrated success in selling complex, enterprise-level solutions (AI, data platforms, or advanced technologies preferred) into one or more M&E segments. - Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Exceptional executive presence, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to influence, lead, and collaborate within a matrixed organization and across cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools (MS Office Suite). - Highly organized, with strong time management and strategic planning capabilities. Requirements - This is a remote position located in the United States. - This role will have an estimated 25-35% travel domestically. Compensation & Benefits - The base pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in the United States is $165,000 - $180,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. - The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. - There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
