Habitat Health
• Advance Strategic Initiatives – Lead enterprise-wide initiatives, including clinical strategy, platform and tool rollouts, and operating model enhancements, that strengthen Habitat’s offering and organizational capabilities. • Standardize and Scale Market Operations – Contribute to the development of Habitat’s launch frameworks, processes, and tools that improve operational execution that can be replicated across new markets and partners, setting Habitat up for future scale and expansion. • Support Operational Execution – Track progress, surface risks, and drive accountability across the Operations organization to ensure partnership and enterprise initiatives stay on course. • Translate Strategy into Action – Distill complex problems into structured solutions, enabling timely decision-making by leadership. Bring a “roll up your sleeves” mindset, creating clarity and forward momentum in dynamic, evolving situations.
Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy & operations at a high-growth startup, ideally in the context of health care delivery
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, unstructured work environment
- Strong interpersonal skills; high EQ
- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a high degree of self-autonomy and a bias to action
- A strong passion for our mission, with a high degree of empathy for the populations we serve
- A bachelor's degree is required
