Job Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Application Development, or Information Technology
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience
- Demonstrated experience overseeing technical direction of large-scale projects
- Strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
- 10 years of experience in Development preferred
- Agile Certification or Project Management Certification preferred
- Exposure to Ruby on Rails preferred
- Experience working within a cloud-based infrastructure preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German preferred
