Events Marketing Manager

• Propose event strategy and execution for key national industry events including Expo West • Manage industry show registration and marketing support for retail partners and distributors • Total of 12+ events per year • Develop and execute the consumer events strategic plan to support key initiatives • Propose and develop all Primal Kitchen branded products needed for events, influencer boxes and employee recognition • Collaborate with Primal Kitchen warehouse to maintain inventory • Effectively manage budgets for all events, marketing support materials and swag
Job Requirements
- Experience in marketing and event management
- Experience managing 15+ events per year
- Understands company goals and how to implement these goals and objectives through event marketing
- Independent thinker and decision maker
- Ability to integrate trends, while maintaining brand ethos
- Ability to work cross functionally with marketing and sales to drive business objectives
- Attendance at 3-5 events per year (2-3 days in duration, each)

• Assist in planning and executing PLM’s Vision Dinners, including logistics, speaker coordination, guest communication, venue negotiations, volunteer coordination, table host recruitment oversight, and timelines. • Manage RSVP tracking, table assignments, seating, check-in, and financial partner experience flow. • Coordinate event volunteers and staff roles to ensure smooth and professional execution. • Support follow-up strategies to maximize post-event engagement and long-term financial partner cultivation. • Help coordinate other, smaller financial partner events throughout the year (table host update dinners, namestorming parties, etc.) • Overseeing event logistics, including venue coordination and event materials. • Maintain detailed records of partner interactions in CRM and Google Sheets, keeping donor databases and contact lists up to date. • Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all donor communications, keeping in alignment with the Executive Director’s vision and communication style. • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries via phone and email, maintaining professionalism and warmth. • Monitor and respond to emails and calls, providing timely and thoughtful responses. • Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, and CRM management related to key partner events and the Vision Dinner. • Support leadership and development efforts by performing additional administrative tasks as needed.
