• CACI is seeking an experienced Senior MECM Enterprise Engineer to join our dynamic IT team • The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise-scale MECM infrastructures • This role requires advanced technical expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server • The engineer will oversee multi-tier MECM hierarchies, ensure compliance with organizational and DoD cybersecurity standards, and lead large-scale migration and modernization efforts • Design, implement, and manage multi-tier MECM infrastructures, including Central Administration Sites (CAS), Primary Sites, and Secondary Sites • Plan and execute MECM version upgrades, site migrations, and cloud-hosted deployments within Microsoft Azure environments • Develop and maintain MECM functions such as application deployment, patch management, operating system deployment (OSD), and compliance baselines • Administer and optimize SQL Server databases for MECM, including replication, indexing, and query performance tuning • Integrate MECM with Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Automation platforms, and other cloud services as part of hybrid management strategies • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement DISA STIGs, vulnerability mitigation, and endpoint protection integration • Establish and maintain MECM role-based access control (RBAC), boundary groups, and distribution point hierarchies • Develop automation scripts in PowerShell to streamline MECM administrative functions and reporting • Provide Tier III/IV support for MECM operations and assist with troubleshooting enterprise endpoint management issues • Document system architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures in accordance with enterprise engineering best practices • Design and document robust, scalable, and efficient solutions that align with business objectives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Administer and manage enterprise mobile devices using Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, configuration, compliance enforcement, and lifecycle management. • Configure and manage user groups, device groups, and access policies within Intune and Entra ID. • Oversee mobile device deployments, updates, application packaging, and distribution across supported platforms. • Implement and maintain mobile security policies, conditional access rules, and compliance standards. • Manage application deployments, updates, and access controls within enterprise mobility environments. • Support integration with Microsoft Entra ID and O365, ensuring secure authentication and identity management. • Monitor device health, compliance status, and security posture; troubleshoot and resolve mobility-related issues. • Coordinate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure mobile solutions align with enterprise security frameworks. • Provide Tier II/Tier III mobility support for end users as needed.

• Install ServiceNow product/modules • Lead initiative to integrate commercial software into ServiceNow • Design/configure/develop/integrate product/modules to meet business needs • Implementation of self-service catalog on ServiceNow. • Create, maintain and enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports • Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles • Assist with creation and cataloging of business process flows • Document and track vendor software roadmaps for software and patch version updates, and unit test their software and perform code reviews
