Be part of the team that makes AI a reality. - An OCI Sales Representative works to identify, qualify, and deliver Oracle’s revolutionary OCI and Generative AI cloud products and solutions across private and public cloud environments. - Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales consumption and booking goals for assigned products. - Value collaboration and giving back by mentoring and coaching other team members. - Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive goal attainment within the assigned territory. - Coordinate with other members of the sales team (employees and partners) to support account sales and business development strategies. - Identify and engage the appropriate partners to meet customer requirements. - Become a trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision-makers. - Demonstrate a track record of driving company programs and strategy into assigned accounts. - Follow Oracle sales methodologies and processes related to sales opportunity pursuit. - Travel as required with majority of customers based in London. Qualifications - Experience contributing both individually and as a team member, while providing direction and mentoring to others. - Experience selling Cloud, AI, or Infrastructure technologies. - Experience working with Financial Services customers and developing territory and account plans to drive sales growth and achieve targets. - The ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners. - Experience building relationships with key customer influencers and decision-makers. - Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes to effectively pursue and close sales opportunities while aligning with company strategies and programs. - The ability to excel in collaborative, team-oriented environments. - A commitment to continuous learning. - Strong communication skills with confidence and authenticity.
