Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management and bug tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of test case design techniques and testing methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge of the software testing lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
- Experience implementing and following project test strategies.
- Practical knowledge of backend testing, including API and database validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to acquire and share knowledge.
- Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.
