• Serve as the primary owner responsible for getting marketing work live across owned channels, with a particular focus on organic social and email • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Events, Product Marketing, Web Development and others to gather inputs and ensure work is ready to deliver • Take full responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of execution across assigned programs • Act as the day-to-day writer and publisher for organic social and email • Draft, edit, and finalize B2B marketing copy that is clear, effective, and aligned • Provide clear creative direction to the Creative team for visual assets (e.g., hero images, supporting graphics) • Adapt leadership inputs and direction into polished, ready-to-deliver content while preserving voice and intent • Own day-to-day execution of social and email programs within HubSpot, including drafting, building, segmentation, QA, and deployment • Build and manage lists, segments, and basic workflows to support accurate targeting, reliable delivery, and clean downstream data • Perform ongoing data quality checks related to email execution, including list hygiene, field usage, and segmentation logic • Conduct validation, quality control and cleanup on CRM data

Job Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns and reporting in HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with demonstrated success producing clear, effective marketing copy
  • Passion for operating across both creative execution and operational systems
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a bias toward action
  • Comfort operating in a consistently high-gear role on a capable, high-performing team
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across functions
  • High internal standards for quality and follow-through
