The Opportunity: The Account Manager oversees the development of their accounts and builds relationships with existing clients. They provide consultative solutions that maximize value and results for the client, and growth for our company. Through strategic planning, they help scale existing accounts, assist in new business, and ensure seamless and continuous support/guidance that deliver as expected. This position includes evaluating processes for efficiency, products for performance, and growing accounts to scale the business. Responsibilities: - Provides strategic and proactive support. Developing accounts based on insights, client objectives/KPIs and LG Ad Solutions’ product suite and capabilities. - Demonstrates a solid understanding of our client’s business and provides optimization and incremental ideas, with a story to tell. - Partners with Sales, Operations, and Product to collaborate on overall client strategy. - Leads post-sale client communication and campaign excellence, ensuring exceptional service and troubleshooting. - Manages overall account and campaign flow, ensuring campaigns, reports, and projects are functioning properly. - Proactively monitors key performance indicators such as revenue delivery and client objective, and works with teams to optimize accordingly. - Collaborates with internal teams to improve capabilities, tools, and processes for efficiencies and understanding of the larger financial picture. - Maintains strong knowledge of products and technical capabilities and can communicate in a client facing manner. - Educates and consults clients/internal teams on best practices and provoking thoughtful initiatives. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience managing media initiatives, creating relationships, achieving incremental, strategic planning and insightful story telling - Existing knowledge of digital media, performance advertising, advanced insights, and measurement. CTV experience a plus - Idea-driven; creates and improves strategies and processes - Ability to see the “big picture”, identify key issues, and provide proactive, tactical and strategic recommendations - Experience leveraging platforms and tools like Salesforce, Asana, and Excel - Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic with excellent organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills - Communicates efficiently, skillfully, and tactfully via written, verbal, and presentations - Analytical thinker, digests data to make conclusions and recommendations - Strong cross-functional team player - Ability to excel in a highly dynamic, fast-moving and growing environment that requires advanced learning and flexible thinking

• Serve as the primary owner responsible for getting marketing work live across owned channels, with a particular focus on organic social and email • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Events, Product Marketing, Web Development and others to gather inputs and ensure work is ready to deliver • Take full responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of execution across assigned programs • Act as the day-to-day writer and publisher for organic social and email • Draft, edit, and finalize B2B marketing copy that is clear, effective, and aligned • Provide clear creative direction to the Creative team for visual assets (e.g., hero images, supporting graphics) • Adapt leadership inputs and direction into polished, ready-to-deliver content while preserving voice and intent • Own day-to-day execution of social and email programs within HubSpot, including drafting, building, segmentation, QA, and deployment • Build and manage lists, segments, and basic workflows to support accurate targeting, reliable delivery, and clean downstream data • Perform ongoing data quality checks related to email execution, including list hygiene, field usage, and segmentation logic • Conduct validation, quality control and cleanup on CRM data
