• Leads a team of Fiber Management Specialists to produce, maintain, and revise mapping records that help the entire organization build and maintain the Lumos fiber network. • Responsible for ensuring the success of fiber network digitization and maintaining data quality standards. • Advises team on best practices for data management and workflows. • Compiles geographic data from digital sources, census data, satellite imagery, aerial photographs, and existing maps. • Develop business requirements for custom GIS applications for OSP Engineering & Construction to facilitate speed of construction, lower cost, and improve reliability of fiber network. • Enter new map data utilizing GIS and CAD software in alignment with cartography principles including coordinate systems, longitude, latitude, elevation, topography, and map scales. • Assigns work and assesses productivity and performance, ensuring optimal output. • Trains new staff in day-to-day tasks and ensures leads are capable of doing the same. • Assists team with solving CAD and GIS problems of medium and sophisticated complexity. • Performs large-scale training of employees across the organization in the use of GIS software. • Collaborates effectively across internal teams and with external vendors. • Understands and documents business requirements to evaluate commercial off the shelf software for suitability to support company missions. • Evaluates employee work performance; identifies appropriate training and counseling opportunities when needed in partnership with leadership and HR team. • Maximizes team productivity, morale, and retention through empowerment techniques, teambuilding, and maintaining strong relationships with support teams. • Performs other duties as assigned, including departmental and cross-functional projects.

• Deliver required input for the Monthly Operations Report presented to the Board of Directors. • Identify key drivers behind financial results and partner with teams to clearly interpret cost variance drivers. • Assist in development of annual operating budget, including bottoms-up budgeting and driver-based budgeting. • Assist in development of long-range forecasts (e.g., 5 Year Plan). • Model major sales deals to determine if ROI meets established thresholds. • Monitor operating expenditures against established budgets. • Deliver monthly results to teams at Lumos as well as Lumos Senior Leadership. • Identify trends and recommend actions based on sound analysis. • Ad hoc reporting and analysis.

• Coordinates all project activities to track lifecycle, budget, and progress requirements to goal. • Maintains project schedule and production tracker. • Builds collaborative, respectful relationships with internal team and contractor partners to ensure the free flow of information needed for reports; builds trust to ensure a productive working relationship. • Gathers the necessary data for all progress reporting and updates Smart Sheets daily. • Delivers daily status to leadership via meetings and weekly reports to leadership and SVP. • Ensures project schedule is always current; updates production tracker daily. • Provides daily updates on construction status to include cabinet status and power tracking. • Ensures all partners are aligned to the working schedule and meeting objectives. • Ensure all invoices are tracked and paid on time in alignment with budgets. • Interfaces with necessary internal team members to triage construction complaints within 24 hours, and completely resolve them within 7 days. • Monitors Franchise Agreements to ensure adherence and prevent a lapse in agreement in partnership with necessary internal teams. • Consistently flexes to manage competing priorities and interruptions due to requests from multiple external stakeholders, while maintaining momentum on critical priorities. • Maintain Street Sheets from partners and ensure accuracy on a daily basis. • Maintains Damage Report Tracker and provides weekly status on same to leadership. • Performs other duties as assigned.

• Design, implement, and support core IP routing infrastructure and related network services. • Evaluate, lab test, and validate new technologies, platforms, and service offerings to support network growth and performance objectives. • Design and implement network security enhancements and infrastructure hardening initiatives. • Develop technical requirements and engineering standards for commercial products and network services. • Create and maintain best practices, design standards, and documentation for current and future network architectures. • Identify opportunities to improve network reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. • Provide Tier IV support for complex network and customer-impacting issues, serving as a technical escalation point across the organization. • Partner with Network Operations, Field Operations, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Support teams to troubleshoot and resolve service issues. • Analyze recurring network issues and develop long-term solutions that improve network stability and customer experience. • Research, test, and implement operating system upgrades, patches, and infrastructure improvements. • Support strategic initiatives related to IPv6 deployment, routing optimization, network automation, and service innovation. • Participate in industry events, vendor demonstrations, and technical training to remain current on emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Engage regularly with area VPs and Directors to ensure timely resolution of issues. • Attend city, town, community, and HOA meetings as necessary to address local concerns. • Collaborate with communities and HOAs in active build areas to promptly manage issues. • Partner with the Construction Success team to resolve ongoing issues efficiently. • Ensure teams are informed of field issues and work together to resolve them. • Focus on meeting consistent service levels and maintaining high-quality standards. • Track performance and document progress on key activities and metrics. • Resolve construction-related issues for residents and businesses, aiming for win-win outcomes. • Provide ongoing support and training for Customer Support teams. • Manage Systems Management Data and handle special projects as needed. • Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

• Manage the fixed asset and Construction in Progress (CIP) process from capital project setup through project closure and asset capitalization. • Review construction project activity to ensure proper coding, capitalization treatment, and financial accuracy in accordance with company policy and GAAP. • Partner closely with the Construction and Operations teams to review project details, resolve coding issues, and improve financial data quality. • Prepare month-end journal entries, supporting schedules, and reconciliations related to fixed assets, depreciation, inventory, and capital expenditures. • Perform detailed account analysis and variance analysis for fixed asset and capital-related accounts and communicate findings to management. • Prepare monthly CAPEX reporting packages to support accounting close. • Complete Fixed Asset, CIP, and Inventory account reconciliations accurately and timely for high-value fixed asset and project-related accounts. • Research and resolve accounting discrepancies, system issues, and transactional variances within the general ledger and related systems. • Maintain accurate fixed asset records and ensure compliance with accounting policies and capitalization guidelines. • Investigate system-related issues impacting fixed asset reporting processes and collaborate with business partners to identify solutions. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting accuracy, automation, and operational efficiency across fixed asset accounting functions. • Support testing, validation, and implementation of system enhancements, process changes, and code updates within NetSuite. • Serve as a resource to field and operational teams regarding accounting processes, capitalization guidance, and project coding questions. • Assist in developing and maintaining internal controls, procedures, and documentation related to fixed assets accounting. • Support internal and external audit requests related to fixed assets, CIP, and inventory. • Assist with year-end reporting and audit schedules. • Participate in special projects, reporting initiatives, and process improvement efforts as assigned.

• Administer and support employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), FSA/HSA, wellness, and leave programs. • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit questions and provide timely resolution for complex benefits-related issues. • Support employees regarding eligibility, enrollments, claims issues, leave questions, retirement plan inquiries, benefits changes, and escalations. • Partner with HR leadership and external vendors to manage open enrollment, employee communications, plan renewals, and ongoing program administration. • Create clear and engaging benefits communications and educational materials to support employee understanding and engagement. • Monitor and ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other applicable federal and state regulations. • Conduct audits and reconcile benefits billing, enrollment data, and carrier invoices to ensure accuracy across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems. • Manage and process all benefits-related invoices including carrier billing reconciliation, invoice audits, payment coordination, enrollment verification, and discrepancy resolution. • Analyze benefits utilization, financial trends, and market data to support strategic recommendations and continuous program improvement. • Evaluate current benefits offerings and recommend enhancements based on employee feedback, market trends, competitive benchmarking, and cost analysis. • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support leadership decision-making and benefits strategy discussions. • Support HRIS and payroll integrations related to benefits administration and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
