Fleet & Operations Coordinator
Lumos
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all fleet vehicles, including registration, licensing, maintenance, inspections, and asset tracking. • Coordinate routine and preventative maintenance scheduling to minimize vehicle downtime. • Assist with vehicle procurement activities including coordinating purchases, leases, and vehicle onboarding/offboarding. • Support compliance with USDOT regulations and other fleet-related regulatory requirements. • Coordinate GPS, fuel card, and fleet management system administration. • Work with internal departments across Lumos to coordinator vehicle availability and operational needs. • Assist with vendor coordination for maintenance, repairs, and fleet-related services. • Compile, maintain, and distribute operational reports related to fleet. • Assist in developing dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting templates in fleet operations management. • Monitor data trends and escalate inconsistencies or concerns. • Support leadership with data analysis to improve operational efficiency and cost management. • Assist in maintaining fleet and operational procedures and documentation. • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and operational effectiveness. • Track fleet-related expense and assist with budget monitoring.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of administrative, logistics, fleet inventory, or operations coordination preferred.
- Associate agree in logistics, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience working with reporting tools, fleet systems, or ERP systems.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
- High organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Time management expertise to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives effectively.
