Senior Marketing Manager, Paid Social
Ziplines Education
• Own and Execute Meta Paid Social End-to-End. You will directly build, launch, manage, and optimize Meta paid social campaigns across a complex, multi-brand portfolio. • Analyze Performance and Develop Clear Hypotheses. You will regularly dig into campaign performance data to understand what’s driving results across audiences, messaging, formats, and placements. • Generate Actionable Creative Insights. You will translate performance data into concrete creative guidance for product marketing and design. • Communicate Results and Recommendations. You will share clear, concise performance readouts and recommendations with cross-functional partners and leadership. • Set Direction Within the Channel. You’ll help shape paid social strategy for the channels you own.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid media campaigns, including ownership of high-spend, multi-campaign programs.
- Demonstrated experience designing and running structured A/B tests across audiences, creative, copy, formats, and placements—and applying learnings at scale.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights into clear recommendations that influence strategy, creative direction, and investment decisions.
- Experience partnering closely with product marketing, design, and creative teams to translate performance data into effective assets.
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage complexity across multiple brands and initiatives simultaneously.
