• Act as the decision-maker for where ad spend goes and why • Continuously start new tests based on clear hypotheses and business goals • Confidently stop tactics that dilute true ROI—even if they look strong in platform metrics • Aggressively scale proven audiences, creatives, and placements until diminishing returns • Manage and mentor a small team of specialists (typically 2–3) • Set priorities and ensure the pod is aligned around a clear Start / Stop / Scale roadmap • Delegate work and QA not just for accuracy, but for quality of thinking • Build account structures that support continuous testing (Start), pruning (Stop), and scaling (Scale) • Develop and test messaging frameworks tied to audience motivations • Go beyond reporting to explain what’s driving performance and what actions to take next • Coach specialists to think in terms of investments and tradeoffs—not just execution

• Own and advance a portfolio of high-priority nonprofit and mission-driven organizations • Build relationships with senior fundraising, marketing, digital, and executive leaders across nonprofits, advocacy organizations, associations, and foundations • Identify opportunities that align client needs with Delve Deeper's capabilities • Lead active business development opportunities from discovery through close • Help shape solution architecture that aligns Delve Deeper's capabilities to client needs • Develop a deep understanding of Delve Deeper's capabilities across media, analytics, creative, technology, and data • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and CRM practices

• Build, iterate, and maintain AI agents within the architecture and boundaries defined by the Lead AI Engineer • Own your agents end-to-end: prompt design, tool wiring, context routing, failure handling, and output validation • Integrate data components across media platforms — ingesting, normalizing to schema, and routing to the correct agent context • Work within defined data contracts and surface schema drift before it becomes a runtime failure • No feature enters development without defined success criteria and regression tests • Run prompt benchmarking, track output quality across model versions, and flag hallucination patterns or quality regressions proactively • Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines supporting daily automated callouts and weekly optimisation reporting • Operate within and extend the MCP connector library for external platform APIs • Build and maintain Slack-based approval flows — agent callouts, feedback capture, exception alerts, and operational notifications • Own the reliability of your agents in production • Monitor output quality, respond to incidents, drive root-cause fixes rather than surface patches
