Key Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive quality audits of revenue cycle processes to ensure compliance and performance standards are met. - Provide oversight and guidance to client engagement teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. - Lead the training and onboarding of new staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed. - Prepare and deliver performance reports on client delivery teams, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement. - Identify underperforming workflows and draft mitigation plans to address issues and restore optimal performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in revenue cycle operations. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - 15+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle functions, including Front End (registration, scheduling, financial clearance), Mid-Cycle (coding and charging), or Back End (billing, follow up, denials, and reimbursement). - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Epic systems, including reporting and workflow optimization. - Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights. - Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and mentor others. Preferred - Certification in healthcare revenue cycle (e.g., CRCR, CHFP) is a plus. - Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.
