Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required. - 5+ years of Oracle related experience. - Oracle APEX experience is a plus. - Strong knowledge of Oracle DBMS 12c or higher. - Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL. - Experience with Oracle Reports. - Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML. - Development experience in Agile methodology. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance. - Must be a US Citizen (no dual citizenship). - Must not have traveled outside the US for a combined total of 6 months or more in the last 5 years. - Must have resided in the US for the last 5 years.
