Job Description
Service Titan Administrator
Remote Raven
• ServiceTitan, end to end. Configuration, workflows, roadmap, releases, and continuous optimization. • Integrations. Manage and maintain the connections between ServiceTitan and the broader tech ecosystem (Sage Intacct, Smartsheet, Zoho Desk, Microsoft 365). • New-brand onboarding. As the platform acquires companies, map their setup, migrate their data (including from AccuLynx), and stand them up in ServiceTitan. • Multi-tenant administration. Every ServiceTitan function across complex business units — each with its own setup, templates, and contracts. • Environment build-out. Business units, tags, skills, workflows, SBET/pricebook, templates, and reporting, delivered through a governed, tiered rollout. • Data + AI. Evaluate large data sets, clean and map data for migrations, catch quality issues, and use AI tools to work faster and sharper. • Requirements to reality. Gather needs, build a prioritized backlog, and ship against it with clear acceptance criteria. • Governance and adoption. Set the guardrails that keep nine brands coherent, then drive the training that makes it stick.

Role Description We are hiring a ServiceTitan Integration Specialist for our client — a US-based, PE-backed multi-brand platform in the roofing and exteriors industry with nine operating brands across 60+ locations. This is not a maintenance seat. Our client is looking for a builder who wants to own ServiceTitan end to end and help make the environment measurably better. You will share accountability for how ServiceTitan is configured, integrated, adopted, and improved — turning the needs of nine distinct brands into one governed, scalable configuration that still respects each brand's identity. You will work with US-based leadership, brand teams, and vendors, and you will present to stakeholders on camera when the work calls for it. What You Will Own - ServiceTitan, end to end: Configuration, workflows, roadmap, releases, and continuous optimization. - Integrations: Manage and maintain the connections between ServiceTitan and the broader tech ecosystem (Sage Intacct, Smartsheet, Zoho Desk, Microsoft 365). - New-brand onboarding: Map their setup, migrate their data (including from AccuLynx), and stand them up in ServiceTitan. - Multi-tenant administration: Every ServiceTitan function across complex business units — each with its own setup, templates, and contracts. - Environment build-out: Business units, tags, skills, workflows, SBET/pricebook, templates, and reporting, delivered through a governed, tiered rollout. - Data + AI: Evaluate large data sets, clean and map data for migrations, catch quality issues, and use AI tools to work faster and sharper. - Requirements to reality: Gather needs, build a prioritized backlog, and ship against it with clear acceptance criteria. - Governance and adoption: Set the guardrails that keep nine brands coherent, then drive the training that makes it stick. Qualifications - Hands-on ServiceTitan administration experience in a live production environment — configuring business units, workflows, templates, pricebook/SBET, and reporting. - Experience administering ServiceTitan (or a comparable field-services CRM) across multiple business units or brands. - Demonstrated experience mapping and migrating data into ServiceTitan or a comparable operational CRM, including cleaning messy source data before go-live. - Fluent, professional English (written and verbal); camera-ready for stakeholder presentations. - Daily, comfortable use of modern AI tools in your work, with a genuine appetite to use them more. - A collaborative style — you build trust easily across teams. - A builder's mindset — you take initiative, own outcomes, and want to grow scope. Preferred Qualifications - Roofing industry experience (high preference). - Broader US services and trades industry background — exteriors, home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical. - Exposure to Sage Intacct or a comparable ERP. - Experience integrating a field CRM with ERP or spend-management platforms. - PE-backed, multi-brand, or roll-up environment experience. - Familiarity with EagleView, Hover, SRS, AccuLynx, JobNimbus, LeapCRM, SalesRabbit, Xactimate, Paylocity. Tools & Software - ServiceTitan (primary — operating CRM) - AccuLynx (legacy roofing CRM / migration source) - Sage Intacct (ERP/finance) - Smartsheet (project management) - Zoho Desk (ticketing) - Microsoft 365 - AI tools (used daily across the team) What Makes You a Great Fit - You have actually configured ServiceTitan yourself and can walk through the decisions you owned. - You treat a multi-brand rollout as a design problem, not a request queue. - You catch data-quality issues before they hit production and you own the fix. - You keep stakeholders informed without being chased, and you know which decisions are yours to make. - You want to grow the scope you own. What We Offer - Up to $9/hour - 100% remote work - Full-time role Application Process To apply: Ensure your LinkedIn profile and resume are up-to-date and comprehensive (submit a comprehensive resume in English, PDF format).
