Sales Administration Manager

BCD Travel

• Act as primary point of contact for GPO team members for day-to-day activity, such as RFP/bid avoidance support, ad hoc reporting, presentations, data entry and CRM support/guidance • Manage GPO inbox within Outlook: respond to or assign, lead and manage any incoming retention enquiries, archive resolved emails • Utilize company provided CRM to document and support all sales activities • Deliver reporting to requested parameters and frequency for senior leadership • Assist in opening and managing corporate travel opportunities (CTOs) within the CRM, including opening/closing and updating records such as country-by-country details, volumes etc. • Ensure accuracy and alignment with client agreement records • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within the BCD Travel organization

Job Requirements

  • Proven success in an administrative, coordination, or business support role, including the use of CRM platforms and business applications
  • Experience working in a large, fast-paced corporate environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Travel industry experience or experience in a related service-oriented industry is preferred
  • Additional language skills are an asset
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
