Role Description Canidium is seeking an experienced Xactly Implementation Consultant to support the delivery of Xactly suite solutions for our enterprise clients. This is a contract engagement focused on high-quality technical execution and client-facing requirements gathering. - Estimated Duration: 6 months (with potential for permanent hire) - Start Date: Immediate - Capacity: Approximately 10-20 hours per week - Location: Remote - US Based - Worker Type: Contractor Qualifications - Xactly Proficiency: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent. Experience with Connect, Reporting, or Extend is highly preferred. - Consulting Background: Proven track record in customer-facing roles, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. - Independent Delivery: Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables independently with minimal supervision. - Communication: Strong professional presence with experience interacting with various management levels. Requirements - Requirements Documentation: Lead discovery sessions to gather and document detailed business requirements for Xactly Incent and related modules. - System Configuration: Complete end-to-end solution design, rule writing, and configuration within the Xactly environment. - Testing & Deployment: Execute rigorous system testing, troubleshoot logic gaps, and manage the deployment/production support phase. - Process Optimization: Analyze existing Xactly results to identify and implement process improvements or custom technology solutions for complex business problems. - Technical Documentation: Produce clear, professional technical documentation for client handoffs. • Coordinate the development of an implementation-ready program model for a Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) program in Vermont in consultation with content experts, service providers, individuals who have experienced psychosis and their families, and other stakeholders as a first phase toward statewide implementation. • Coordinate the development of operational supports for program delivery, including program policies and procedures, incoming and outgoing referral processes, admission criteria, discharge protocols, job descriptions, and advisory board structures • Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and support the implementation and development of a stakeholder engagement and advisory board plan • Recruit and convene stakeholders, including national content experts, individuals who have experienced psychosis and their families, and others as necessary for advisement and input into program implementation • Support engagement of community leaders and organizations to promote and support the implementation of a future CSC team • Engage community partners and establish necessary partnerships for program implementation including the exploration of MOUs or subrecipient agreements • Work with Pathways Vermont Training Institute, content experts, and existing national models to develop a comprehensive Coordinated Speciality Care Training Curriculum that incorporates best practice requirements • Prepare and deliver outreach and educational materials and engage referral partners • Participate in messaging that aligns with values and best practices and provides opportunities for community education and participation • Coordinate the development and successful execution of all contract deliverables including: Prepare an implementation plan report describing the proposed service delivery model, staffing structure, governance, recommended pilot site, referral pathways, and incorporation of stakeholder feedback into the final model • Prepare an implementation plan blueprint to the state that describes the operational approach for launching a single-site CSC pilot team • Prepare a Coordinated Specialty Care training plan and curriculum • Prepare a policies and procedures manual for Coordinated Specialty Care teams • In coordination with Pathways leadership, ensure the preparation and completion of a financing and billing recommendations report to the state • In coordination with Pathways leadership, deliver above materials to the state in full and on time • Develop and maintain project timelines and work plans • Track milestones, deliverables and contract requirements • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow ups • Monitor project risks and escalate issues to agency leadership • Coordinate project consultants, stakeholders, and subject matter experts • Coordinate internal communication related to CSC project • Other Duties as assigned • Attendance at the annual All Staff and Programmatic Retreats is an expectation of employment with Pathways Vermont, unless excused by the employee’s manager/HR. Retreats are held on workdays, during normal working hours, and are fully paid.

• Onboarding new customers for our SMB segment on our email suite products • Assisting customers via email and Zoom with technical setup and questions • Supporting customers through the implementation period • Delivering an A+ customer experience all day, every day

• Reporting to the Delivery Practice Manager, the Implementation Consultant is highly detail-oriented, an expert in translating business requirements into solution configuration, and an expert communicator and presenter. • You will work on confirming customer requirements and translating them into an effective process within the Clariti Solution. • You will work with a team of both Clariti and System Integrator (SI) partner resources dedicated to successful project implementations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. • You will be comfortable and confident in navigating and configuring our solution and demonstrating proof-of-concept and final solution deliverables to Clariti, partner, and customer audiences. • You will play a pivotal role in delivering our solution implementations by leveraging your expertise in the Clariti solution and the various implementation methodologies.
