• Reporting to the Delivery Practice Manager, the Senior Implementation Consultant is a strategic functional lead who drives project outcomes from discovery through delivery on enterprise-scale Clariti implementations. • You will own the big-picture view of multi-departmental, multi-phase implementation programs, acting as the primary Clariti solution design authority for your customers while guiding both Clariti and System Integrator (SI) partner teams toward successful outcomes. • You anticipate risks, steer conversations with confidence, and champion AI-driven approaches to accelerate time-to-value for customers and efficiency across the professional services practice. • Lead and facilitate discovery workshops and requirements confirmation sessions with customer stakeholders at all levels, negotiating scope and confidently steering discussions toward optimal outcomes within Clariti best practices and project scope. • Maintain an expert-level understanding of the Statement of Work and project plan to control scope, manage change requests, and protect project margins.
• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end test automation using Playwright with TypeScript • Extensively test Salesforce applications including custom objects, Lightning Components, Flows, Apex logic • Validate Salesforce integrations across systems, APIs, middleware, and data pipelines • Build scalable and maintainable automation suites for testing • Collaborate with developers, Salesforce engineers, and product teams • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Debug issues, triage automation failures • Set up, manage, and validate Salesforce environments
• Translate product direction and capabilities for Public Sector customers • Own and evolve solution-led positioning • Monitor market trends and buying patterns • Capture voice-of-market insights • Translate product roadmap updates into communications and enablement materials • Define packaging and launch strategy • Track launch success through adoption and user feedback • Analyze deal progression and develop tools to support late-stage deals
• Serve as the primary point of entry for all system administration requests within your assigned customer environments. • Partner directly with customers to ensure each environment is reviewed, tested, and fully aligned with every Clariti and Salesforce release, anticipating risk and proactively identifying optimization opportunities. • Proactively communicate required activities, prepare customers for upcoming changes, and ensure they are properly enabled for each update. • Own ongoing maintenance activities, including sandbox refreshes, utilization monitoring, and internal access management, with accountability for overall system health and stability. • Collaborate with Technical Support to implement system changes resulting from troubleshooting efforts, ensuring updates are executed accurately and efficiently. • Manage customer expectations with clarity and professionalism to deliver an exceptional customer experience. • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to navigate politically sensitive or highly complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer confidence. • Build and maintain deep technical expertise across Clariti products and relevant third-party platform functionality. • Contribute to and expand knowledge base materials to drive operational efficiency and empower the broader support community. • Provide support to the wider Technical Support team as we scale and expand our capabilities.
• Reporting to the Manager, Solutions Consulting, design and deliver focused sales demonstrations for State and Local Government agencies • Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, sales, and partner teams • Prepare, lead, and deliver strategic technical product demonstrations • Support sales engagements through product demonstrations at vendor-sponsored events, trade shows, and user group meetings • Analyze complex customer scenarios requiring evaluation of multiple variables • Develop and deliver advanced, customized solution prototypes and executive-level presentations
