• Reporting to the Delivery Practice Manager, the Implementation Consultant is highly detail-oriented, an expert in translating business requirements into solution configuration, and an expert communicator and presenter. • You will work on confirming customer requirements and translating them into an effective process within the Clariti Solution. • You will work with a team of both Clariti and System Integrator (SI) partner resources dedicated to successful project implementations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. • You will be comfortable and confident in navigating and configuring our solution and demonstrating proof-of-concept and final solution deliverables to Clariti, partner, and customer audiences. • You will play a pivotal role in delivering our solution implementations by leveraging your expertise in the Clariti solution and the various implementation methodologies.

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle for Clariti's most complex customer deployments, from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, training, and go-live, ensuring each phase meets defined success criteria and customer expectations. • Translate complex customer requirements into practical, scalable configuration solutions; make sound product functionality trade-offs and clearly communicate the implications of each approach to customers and internal teams. • Set and uphold quality standards across all workstreams; conduct thorough reviews of configuration, documentation, and test plans to catch and resolve issues before they reach the customer. • Anticipate implementation risks before they materialize; diagnose root causes quickly when issues arise and drive resolution with precision and minimal disruption to the customer. • Manage implementation workplans, milestones, and customer-facing deliverables across concurrent projects, maintaining clarity on priorities and proactively surfacing blockers to the appropriate project team members. • Delegate work effectively to intermediate implementation consultants to ensure functional work is balanced, aligned to team skillsets and meets a cohesive quality standard for all deliverables.

• Translate machine learning research into practical, domain-specific solutions • Own applied research and experimentation across computer vision, LLMs, and AI workflows • Drive the design and execution of experiments end to end • Help shape technical direction by identifying high-impact opportunities • Make pragmatic trade-off calls across model accuracy, interpretability, latency, and cost • Share experience with research teammates to encourage rigor in a collaborative environment

• Architect and develop complex Salesforce solutions designed for managed packages and multi-org distribution • Design systems that span Salesforce and off-platform services (Java, Node.js, APIs, event-driven integrations) • Lead technical design discussions and mentor engineers across Salesforce and backend domains • Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability across Salesforce and external services • Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Backend teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions

• Reporting to the Delivery Practice Manager, the Senior Implementation Consultant is a strategic functional lead who drives project outcomes from discovery through delivery on enterprise-scale Clariti implementations. • You will own the big-picture view of multi-departmental, multi-phase implementation programs, acting as the primary Clariti solution design authority for your customers while guiding both Clariti and System Integrator (SI) partner teams toward successful outcomes. • You anticipate risks, steer conversations with confidence, and champion AI-driven approaches to accelerate time-to-value for customers and efficiency across the professional services practice. • Lead and facilitate discovery workshops and requirements confirmation sessions with customer stakeholders at all levels, negotiating scope and confidently steering discussions toward optimal outcomes within Clariti best practices and project scope. • Maintain an expert-level understanding of the Statement of Work and project plan to control scope, manage change requests, and protect project margins.

• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end test automation using Playwright with TypeScript • Extensively test Salesforce applications including custom objects, Lightning Components, Flows, Apex logic • Validate Salesforce integrations across systems, APIs, middleware, and data pipelines • Build scalable and maintainable automation suites for testing • Collaborate with developers, Salesforce engineers, and product teams • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Debug issues, triage automation failures • Set up, manage, and validate Salesforce environments

• Translate product direction and capabilities for Public Sector customers • Own and evolve solution-led positioning • Monitor market trends and buying patterns • Capture voice-of-market insights • Translate product roadmap updates into communications and enablement materials • Define packaging and launch strategy • Track launch success through adoption and user feedback • Analyze deal progression and develop tools to support late-stage deals
