Role Description We're looking for an experienced Organic Growth Lead to drive user acquisition through SEO, ASO, and emerging AI search channels. You will own the complete organic growth roadmap—from technical SEO and content strategy to app store optimization and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, is comfortable working with engineering and product teams, and has a proven track record of growing high-intent organic traffic and conversions. SEO & Organic Growth - Define and execute the overall SEO strategy to drive qualified organic traffic and user acquisition. - Build scalable content and landing page strategies targeting high-intent trading and crypto keywords. - Improve rankings across competitive search terms through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives. - Monitor and improve crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and overall website health. - Identify new growth opportunities using keyword research, competitor analysis, and search trend data. - Own SEO reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement. - Conduct regular technical SEO audits and partner with engineering to resolve issues. - Manage Google Search Console, indexing, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup, redirects, canonicalization, and site architecture. - Implement structured data and best practices to maximize SERP visibility. - Incorporate best practices to improve organic visibility, rankings, discoverability, and conversion performance. - Growth mindset - experiment with new ideas continuously to grow disproportionately and to garner edge over competition and to open new organic acquisition opportunities. App Store Optimization (ASO) - Own ASO strategy across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. - Optimize app listings including metadata, keywords, screenshots, videos, localization, and conversion rates. - Track keyword rankings, installs, and competitor performance. - Run experiments to improve app discoverability and install conversion. Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) - Develop strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search experiences including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and other answer engines. - Optimize content for AI-generated responses, featured snippets, knowledge panels, and zero-click search. - Stay ahead of emerging AI search trends and translate them into actionable growth initiatives. - Work with content and product teams to create AI-friendly information architecture and structured content. Qualifications - 5–8+ years of experience driving organic growth for consumer internet, fintech, SaaS, crypto, or high-growth technology companies. - Demonstrated success growing organic traffic and business metrics through SEO. - Strong understanding of technical SEO and website architecture. - Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO auditing. - Proven experience managing App Store and Play Store Optimization for mobile apps. - Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), AI search, and large language model discovery. - Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and making data-driven decisions. - Excellent collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Design, and Content teams. - Experience in crypto, trading, fintech, or financial services is a strong plus.
