• Establish and govern a globally consistent warehousing and distribution operating model across manufacturing sites, regional warehouses and 3PL networks. • Lead warehouse and distribution performance management through standardized KPIs, scorecards, audits and continuous improvement routines. • Strengthen inventory integrity by driving process discipline, accuracy controls, cycle counting practices and root-cause corrective actions. • Provide enterprise governance for third-party logistics providers, including service performance, cost competitiveness, compliance and operational reliability. • Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance, EHS and SAP Transformation teams to support SAP S/4HANA and EWM readiness. • Actively contribute to the organizational goals by taking initiative, executing on goals and focusing on performance and safety
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications such as APICS, CSCP, CLTD, Lean, or Six Sigma preferred.
- 10–15+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, supply chain, or operations leadership, preferably within manufacturing, specialty chemicals (regulated), process industries, or similarly complex industrial environments.
- Demonstrated experience in creating values through leading multi-site warehouse and distribution operations, including regional warehouse networks, manufacturing site warehouses, and third-party logistics providers.
- Strong 3PL governance and performance management capability, including experience managing service levels, cost performance, compliance, operational reliability, and continuous improvement with external logistics partners.
- Proven ability to establish enterprise-wide standards, processes, KPIs, scorecards, and governance routines across a matrixed global organization.
- Deep understanding of inventory accuracy, cycle counting, warehouse controls, distribution processes, and operational excellence practices.
- Experience supporting SAP-enabled warehouse and distribution transformation, preferably including SAP S/4HANA, EWM, WMS, TMS, or related digital supply chain systems.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance, EHS, IT, and regional business leaders.
- Executive-level communication and change leadership capability, including the ability to translate strategy into practical operating discipline across global teams.
