Role Description We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst with deep UKG Pro-suite expertise to support the configuration, optimization, and ongoing administration of our UKG environment. This person will play a critical role in ensuring system accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT. This role is highly hands-on and will focus on: - System configuration - Business rules - Reporting - Integrations - Data audits - Issue resolution While proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and leverage new UKG functionality.
