Title and Summary Senior Analyst, Corporate Treasury Overview: The Corporate Treasury team performs all global treasury activities for Mastercard, including capital planning analysis, rating agency relationships, foreign exchange risk management, foreign exchange spot and interbank settlement trading, cash management/positioning, pensions asset-liability management, capital markets transactions (debt issuances, equity share buy-back), credit facility management and intercompany funding. Additionally, the team is responsible for the treasury controllership function ensuring accurate public disclosures of all global treasury activities (e.g., preparing related 10Q/K footnotes). The team centrally supports all business units, providing treasury services as needed. It also plays a critical part in broader corporate finance and business initiatives by providing cross-functional support and execution for special projects such as mergers and acquisitions due diligence and integration, global tax planning initiatives, counterparty credit risk mitigation, etc. The Role: We are currently hiring for a Senior Analyst to drive and support the FX trading operations, end to end market risk management, origination forecasting, liquidity management, and front office treasury solutions for Mastercard's Cross Border Services (XBS) business. The responsibilities for this role include: • Develop new foreign exchange capabilities to support business initiatives involving cross-border payments• Best in class execution of foreign exchange risk management program and strategies• Daily forecasting and positioning of local currency liquidity to ensure smooth settlement of FX trades and continuity of customer payouts.• Contribute to all aspects of the trading desk activities including position reconciliation, risk management tasks and post trade analysis• Analyzing historical trends and overarching FX trading strategies across all markets through creation of models that forecast payout patterns and daily originations.• Weekly issuance of KPI and risk metric dashboards to senior management• Define FX desk workflows and ensuring compliance with XBS Treasury policies and procedures.• Providing inputs to the Business Development and Product teams on pricing across different send/receive currency combinations.• Ad Hoc requests including but not limited to rate validations, new customer onboarding, rate competitiveness testing. • Ejecutar actividades de implantación y despliegue del sistema EJE No Penal en las sedes del Poder Judicial del Perú. • Conducir proyectos de implantación de mediano y gran porte, siguiendo la metodología definida, incluyendo parametrizaciones, configuraciones, homologaciones, capacitaciones y entrada en producción. • Brindar y apoyar capacitaciones a distintos perfiles de usuarios (magistrados, personal jurisdiccional, técnico y administrativo), facilitando la adopción del sistema. • Actuar en campo conforme al plan de despliegue nacional, acompañando el uso de la herramienta y apoyando la fase de estabilización. • Elaborar y mantener actualizados materiales de usuario y documentación funcional en español, realizando diagnósticos de consultoría. • Actuar como líder de equipo cuando sea designado por el jefe inmediato.

• Execute implementation and deployment activities for the EJE No Penal system at sites of the Judiciary of Peru. • Lead medium- and large-scale implementation projects following the defined methodology, including parameterization, configuration, homologation/acceptance, training, and go-live. • Provide and support training for different user profiles (magistrates, court staff, technical and administrative personnel), facilitating system adoption. • Work in the field according to the national deployment plan, supporting tool usage and assisting during the stabilization phase. • Prepare and maintain user materials and functional documentation in Spanish, carrying out consulting diagnostics. • Serve as team leader when designated by the immediate supervisor.
