Job Description

Product Operations Lead

DaVita Kidney Care

• Serve as the lead for the Physician Orders Program, directing and managing the review process across all involved departments • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant order reviews while proactively identifying and resolving any workflow bottlenecks or discrepancies • Define and own the analytical strategy for the Physician Orders Program • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and build reporting mechanisms to monitor program health, identify trends, and measure outcomes • Collaborate with Quality and Compliance to ensure adherence to all Joint Commission, CMS, and state regulatory standards • Design, champion, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in partnership with IT and clinical informatics • Lead strategic design and structure of the workstream, developing long-term program roadmaps and risk mitigation strategies • Align cross-functional teams and senior business leaders to ensure effective collaboration and buy-in for the program’s objectives • Distill complex program updates, data analyses, and business problems into cohesive, impactful stories for diverse audiences.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, MIS, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in program management, process management, or a related operational role within a healthcare environment
  • Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting: High proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and performance reporting
  • Program & Project Management: Deep expertise in program management methodologies
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., ServiceNow, Apptio Targetprocess) and Alteryx is a plus.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across clinical, technical, and administrative teams to drive program goals
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and present complex information clearly to senior leadership.

Role Description The Community Capacity Program Manager is responsible for implementing the mission of the Community Capacity Program, as well as identifying strategic areas for program growth and expansion. The mission of the Community Capacity Program is to educate and empower communities to use fire as a restoration tool in their local landscapes through grassroots efforts such as the development of Pile Burn Cooperatives and Prescribed Fire Training Exchanges. - Provide leadership to Project Managers and other staff. - Train new staff. - Oversee project budget management/invoicing and completion of project deliverables. - Ensure directives from the Director of Fire Management and Senior Strategic Team are followed. - Supervise staff within the program area. - Report to the Director of Fire Management. Qualifications - Qualified as FFT2 or higher. - At least 2 years managing multiple projects or high complexity projects. - Experience securing and administering funding (e.g., grants and contracts). - Experience working collaboratively with partner organizations. - Subject Matter expertise in community outreach/education, wildfire mitigation, or prescribed fire. - Minimum of Bachelor’s degree. - Grant writing skills. - Written and verbal communication skills. - Creating budgets & budget management skills. - Competent in using Microsoft Suite products including Excel, Word, etc. Requirements - Up to 25% of the position may require extended overnight travel. - The average work week is 40 hours, but the schedule may vary based on weather and project needs. - 10 to 16-hour days may be required during prescribed fire season. - Projects may require working during weekends and/or up to 14 days continuously. - Traveling for extended periods of time and remaining overnight near project locations. - Working outside of normal business hours with limited notice. - Must be 18 years of age or older. - Have a current and valid US driver’s license. - Legally eligible to work in the US. - Complete a background check and motor vehicle record check prior to employment. - Hold a company credit card and may be subjected to a credit check.
