• Support scalable data operations through development of ETL processes, SQL-based integrations, Power Platform solutions, and Power BI reporting capabilities. • Design, build, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot data-processing automations. • Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines from external sources into SQL databases. • Manage automated flows to trigger Logic Apps and handle lightweight processes. • Perform full-stack BI development including data modeling, DAX development, and report publishing. • Leverage Microsoft Fabric as the unified access platform. • Ensure alignment with security and compliance requirements. • Conduct root-cause analysis to reconcile discrepancies between systems.
• Reviewing and address questions from external and internal contacts. • Assist in supporting provisioning requests and testing as needed for pilot projects while assisting in monitoring compliance and data integrity. • Strong attention to detail in tracking budgets and spend, logging all interactions and completing processes using the clients tools. • Communicate with stakeholders and cross-organizational teams. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Leverage data to gain insight into trending, user experience and behavior to drive the appropriate digital marketing, mobile and social strategies. • Take various sources of customer and campaign data and condense it down to a coherent story with clear conclusions and actionable insights, acting as the subject matter expert for digital analytics. • Measure site usability/effectiveness, along with monetization of media campaigns, and present actionable insights and recommendations based on data results and best practices. • Visualize data into meaningful presentation decks and dashboards to provide holistic views of site user engagement activity to business stakeholders. • Update and build dashboards, leveraging Power BI or Tableau, integrating Adobe Analytics and other data. • Perform deep dive analysis via Case Studies to tell a comprehensive analytics story with data points and actionable insights to drive recommendations and decision making. • Leverage Agile Delivery methods and processes to effectively track user stories, level of effort estimates, and plan with your Agile team for each Sprint. • Drive data analysis of web projects, A/B and multivariate testing, and ad hoc requests. • Support tag management requirements and documentation services to maintain integrity across multiple sources of data, including providing user acceptance testing and validation of web reporting creating, enhancements, and adjustments. • Partner with multiple vendors to implement analytics requirements and streamline project processes. • Multi-task and self-prioritize work queue to balance work queue and ensure stakeholder expectations are being met. • Engage in analytics delivery re-prioritization discussions as needed with stakeholders to maximize internal team and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term retention. • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across a broad range of IT services, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. • Clearly articulate the value of Microsoft solutions—including Azure cloud migration, Modern Workplace (M365), Security services, and Data & AI—and align them with client business objectives. • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share within existing accounts. • Partner with Solution Architects, Delivery Teams, and Marketing to craft compelling proposals, accurately scope projects, and ensure seamless service delivery. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, manage pipeline activity, and update account records using the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce). • Lead contract negotiations and successfully close complex service agreements.
• Manage the planning and delivery of high quality advertiser engagements to educate advertisers on policies and creative best practices to positively impact campaign performance • Project managing the execution of complex advertising campaigns with internal Design, Ad Ops, Sales, Quality Assurance and Account Management teams as well as external stakeholders • Consulting with advertisers on creative strategy using historical advertiser and industry data • Manage the troubleshooting of sometimes complex issues surfaced during the campaign life-cycle • Dive deep on data to develop and manage process and product improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders to improve cross-vertical/cross-locale efficiency
• Support development and execution of full-funnel paid media strategies across digital and offline channels with a focus on B2B audiences. • Leverage data to inform audience segmentation, product targeting, and channel strategy, ensuring campaigns reach the right users at the right time. • Manage day-to-day campaign execution and optimization across platforms (e.g. search, social, programmatic, and off-site channels). • Establish and apply measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness, including performance marketing metrics, brand KPIs, and incrementality. • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation, translating results into actionable insights and continuous optimization strategies. • Deliver weekly insights and recommendations grounded in deep analysis of campaign performance and broader market signals. • Perform brand lift studies, social listening, and audience analysis to better understand engagement and perception. • Provide data-driven recommendations on budget allocation, channel mix, and campaign strategy to improve overall performance. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive informed decision-making. • Contribute to the team’s best practices through documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Build Portable AI “Agent Skills” across popular AI platforms. • Assist in implementing and testing agentic workflows and advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns, including Graph RAG and Agentic RAG. • Contribute to the core platform architecture and API development utilizing .NET 10 and microservices. • Support the integration of distributed tracing and monitoring across the platform using OpenTelemetry. • Work alongside a hybrid onshore/offshore engineering team to execute technical designs and meet critical release milestones.
• Work with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a set of features. • Contribute to the identification of dependencies, and the development of design documents for a product area with little oversight. • Create and implements code for a product, service, or feature, reusing code as applicable. • Contribute to efforts to break down larger work items into smaller work items and provides estimation. • Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) working on-call to monitor system/product feature/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions and gains approval to restore system/product/service for simple problems. • Remain current in skills by investing time and effort into staying abreast of current developments that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
