Senior Strategic Program Manager

Incora

• Manage and administer implementations and transition of the organization’s major contract customers, in support of policies, goals and objectives established by company executive management • Direct the contract management with responsibility for growth strategies, P&L, customer service levels and robust revenue & margin growth plans • Accountability and proactiveness to maintain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Contract and its key processes • Work closely with the Sales Functions to develop bid strategies for new & renewals of contracted business • Contribute to Annual Operating Process; and provide accurate business forecasts on a regular basis • Identify and implement process improvements to existing and new contracts • Leading by example and enabling an environment where all employees can contribute to the best of their abilities • Support the environment for growth and progression for the people within the team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years related experience and training or equivalent combinations of education and experience, which may include sales, distribution and inventory management
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity
  • Negotiate renewals of customer contract agreements using Best Practice Terms & Conditions for Incora
  • Closely monitoring sales, margin, costs, and inventory levels to meet or exceed budget ensuring accounts remain profitable
  • Ensure longevity of a partnership culture in all Incora’s contracted customers
  • To be responsible for developing key performance indicators for Contract Compliance, both externally with the Customer and internally for Financial Performance
  • Ability to travel, as necessary, between customers’ sites
