Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to lead the vision and execution of Call of Duty franchise websites. You’ll own the roadmap, partner with design & engineering, and ensure our web platforms deliver world-class experiences for millions of players. - Define and own the website product roadmap. - Deliver new features, content, and site improvements with design & engineering, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. - Align with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, various internal studios, and more. - Use data & analytics to track performance and optimize engagement. - Ensure every site experience is consistent, scalable, and on brand. Qualifications - Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital product management. - Proven track record of delivering large-scale consumer web projects. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to understand and balance business needs with technical constraints. - Familiarity with CMS platforms, analytics tools, and UX best practices. - Gaming/entertainment background preferred; passion for Call of Duty a big plus. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
