• Assist veterinary practices with case discussion and product inquiries • Investigate, document, and facilitate resolution of product inquiries, complaints and suspected adverse events to meet regulatory requirements and to optimize customer satisfaction • Provide medical and scientific information to develop and sustain a highly competent business team and to ensure well-informed customers • Support the sales team through consultation and customer education, including account planning and execution • Manage, document and track customer support initiatives such as the Quality Medicine Program, Immune Support Guarantee, etc • Liaise with opinion leaders, key influencers, and academics to exchange information and cultivate external resources for Zoetis • Attend select veterinary and professional organization meetings and seminars to develop and enhance personal and Zoetis Veterinary Operations expertise • Contribute to the Veterinary Operations team to ensure consensus on scientific and medical topics to meet business objectives

• Lead B2C Marketplace Media Strategy & Tactics • Act as a key partner to various teams including Marketing and Data • Own product/storefront feed strategy for dynamic product ads • Partner with creative teams to build paid media creative strategies • Develop detailed forecast builds and spend models • Plan and oversee rigorous testing roadmaps • Leverage Marketing Mix Models for media optimization • Regularly report on key metrics to stakeholders

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages in English and Spanish • Respond to tenant inquiries regarding rent payments, maintenance requests, and leasing • Assist with move-in/move-out coordination, lease renewals, and rental listings • Receive and log maintenance requests from tenants • Maintain property management systems such as AppFolio, Buildium, or Propertyware • Follow up on outstanding balances and issue payment reminders

• Help develop and execute policy strategies in U.S. state and local markets. • Identify and track proposed bills, regulations, and relevant policy positions. • Work closely with sales teams to affect the adoption of Samsara’s technologies. • Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant government officials. • Assist with legislative filings, comments, and testimonies. • Manage outside consultants to expand reach. • Collaborate in the creation of compelling content for policymakers.
