Role Description Our Specialized Travel Consultants work in a high-touch service environment to book travel and accommodation for some of our top clients at Amex GBT. Working from the comfort of your own home, you’ll collaborate with your team to provide creative and timely travel solutions and an outstanding travel service experience. If you’re curious, collaborative, and enjoy working in an environment that prioritizes quality of interactions over quantity of calls, this may be the perfect role for you! - Manage complex, high-touch travel for VIP, entertainment, sports, and production clients, delivering exceptional service and seamless travel experiences. Key Responsibilities - Book and accurately manage air, hotel, rail, and ground travel, including complex and multi-destination itineraries. - Support production, publicity, and group travel (press junkets, events, non-employee travel). - Handle specialized requests (upgrades, charters, meet & greet, group seating, excess baggage, production logistics). - Provide proactive, policy-compliant travel recommendations. - Resolve disruptions, escalations, exchanges, waitlists, and complex fare issues. - Coordinate group and event travel, including reconfirmations and vendor liaison. - Maintain accurate records, direct billing, and assist with T&E reconciliation. - Build strong relationships with clients, coordinators, and suppliers. - Safeguard confidential traveler and talent information. Qualifications - 7+ years customer service, including 5+ years travel counseling. - Experience in VIP, entertainment, production, sports, or specialty travel preferred. Skills - Sabre / Power Turbo GDS expertise. - Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving. - Advanced knowledge of global travel and routing. - Ability to multitask in fast-paced, evolving environments. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. This HBA/Financial Counselor position is accountable for making decisions supported by policy based on confidential financial information both from the facility and from patients to determine qualification for CICP (as applicable), Charity programs, or payment arrangements. - Utilizes scheduling and registration information to verify coverage and authorization for all scheduled procedures. - After the verification of benefits and authorization, populates price estimate tool to decide patient portion. - Makes calls to patients, doctor’s offices, and hospital departments to gather sufficient information to obtain authorization and benefits collection of patient portion. - Acts as a liaison between the patients, physicians, patient clinics, case management, centralized billing office, third party Medicaid eligibility vendor and community agencies. Must live within an hour from a CommonSpirit in Colorado. Qualifications - 6 Months healthcare experience - Knowledge of ICD and CPT coding - Medical terminology with good customer service skills - Preferred knowledge of registration and billing and credit scoring - High School Diploma or GED required - CPR Certification (as required by facility) Requirements - Physical Requirements - Sedentary work (prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
• Independently lead consulting projects to optimize operating costs and revenues with the goal of sustainably improving the profitability of partner hospitals • Plan, manage and coordinate projects in the medical area, e.g., public tenders under the VgV and cross-functional projects within hospitals • Facilitate workshops with managing directors, heads of finance, chief physicians, and medical and nursing decision-makers • Support and further develop expert networks in collaboration with hospitals and industry partners • Support the procurement department and work closely with contracted suppliers • Deliver professional project management including communication, documentation, and the refinement of templates and standards within your area of responsibility • Actively shape and further develop the consulting portfolio taking into account current regulatory, economic and market-specific developments (e.g., expansion of outpatient care, hospital reform and sustainability)
