Role Description We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter, who has experience hiring for autonomy, robotics and hardware talent. In this role, you’ll help us build a world-class team as we scale AeroVect to some of the world’s largest airports. - Source top talent for AeroVect in a highly competitive market. - Partner closely with AeroVect’s founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies. - Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates. - Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience. - Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent (e.g. networking, events, marketing, etc.). Qualifications - 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent. - A proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware). - Bonus: Hiring GTM roles (sales, ops, etc.). - Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS. - Experience with fast growing and quick scaling start-ups.

Role Description We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to support hiring across Engineering, Cybersecurity, and AI roles. In this role, you will work directly with the founder and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes—from sourcing and outreach to candidate management and interview coordination. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment where strong sourcing skills, technical recruitment experience, and excellent communication are highly valued. You will play a key role in identifying exceptional talent, managing pipelines efficiently, and delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and clients. Role Description We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions. The technical recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to writing job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved. To be a successful technical recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.
