• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones and complex panel interviews • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a warm, responsive, and professional experience throughout the process • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep requisitions, pipelines, and interview feedback organized and on track • Continuously look for ways to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience • Coordinate candidate travel and expenses
• Own and maintain Step's integrated financial model • Provide expert guidance, recommendations, and influence to leaders across product, marketing, credit, and go-to-market on financial strategy, investments, and resource allocation decisions • Partner cross-functionally to drive analysis, build financial models, and recommend business decisions across a variety of areas • Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and insightful financial reports, analyses, and forecasts • Collaborate with accounting counterparts and other members of the finance team as it grows • Establish and implement reporting dashboards and scorecards to track key operational and financial metrics • Design and build AI-augmented forecasting and analysis workflows • Lead core financial planning processes, including monthly business reviews, the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and the long-range plan
• Own full-cycle recruiting across various pipelines in Engineering, Product, and Design • Work directly with Step's CTO, Founders, and the leadership team on recruiting strategy to attract and hire top talent • Drive a variety of sourcing tools to engage passive talent • Manage processes to ensure we are optimizing our tools, data, and reporting • Create a white-glove candidate experience for all candidates who engage in the recruiting process
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for non-technical roles (e.g., G&A, Operations, Marketing, People, Finance) — from intake to offer • Work directly with Step's leadership team on recruiting strategy to attract and hire top talent • Drive a variety of sourcing tools to engage passive talent, in addition to owning inbound application buckets • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates against role requirements and company values • Create a white-glove candidate experience for all candidates who engage in the recruiting process

• Build and maintain the library of components used for our public Step website. • Own features throughout their life cycle, from inception to production. • Create and implement styling and animations to bring our web designs to life. • Manage our content platform, server-side rendering, site generation, and migrating functionality from the mobile app to web. • Partner cross-functionally with product, design, and growth teams to build new web functionality. • Work in a small, tight-knit cross-functional team. • See your contributions make a weekly impact to an evolving product.

• Become the face of Step’s social content, being on camera talent • Own the end-to-end organic social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube • Identify and tap into emerging trends and tools to maximize the reach and success of our content • Produce, edit, post, and optimize platform-native content for each channel • Drive channel optimizations, audience development, engagement, and growth for each platform • Utilize analytics and data to improve our content and influence the strategy for each platform
• Lead the strategy, development, and creation of best-in-class ad creative and campaign assets across video, animation, static, and HTML5 for social, programmatic, CTV, affiliate, and more. The ability to edit video is a must • Translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions and deliver content briefs and scripts for ad campaigns • Own UGC video production end-to-end. Sourcing and managing influencers and creators, developing content briefs and scripts, project managing through delivery, and editing and cutting final assets for distribution • Design static display and banner ads across a full suite of sizes for social, programmatic, and affiliate channels, applying strong design fundamentals and adhering to platform-specific best practices • Identify, test, and iterate on new content formats and campaign approaches, designing structured experiments across messaging, format, and audience to continuously improve performance and scale what works • Analyze campaign and creative performance data to continuously refine messaging, formats, and distribution strategies, translating those insights into forward-looking creative recommendations • Monitor competitor creative tactics and industry trends, maintaining a pulse on what's working across fintech, consumer apps, and performance marketing to inform your own work • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, moving fluidly from conception to final deliverable while keeping stakeholders aligned and timelines on track • Be a voracious consumer of Gen Z culture and highlight trends that can help inform new and creative marketing and product ideas
