• Own full-cycle recruiting across various pipelines in Engineering, Product, and Design • Work directly with Step's CTO, Founders, and the leadership team on recruiting strategy to attract and hire top talent • Drive a variety of sourcing tools to engage passive talent • Manage processes to ensure we are optimizing our tools, data, and reporting • Create a white-glove candidate experience for all candidates who engage in the recruiting process
