Senior Product Manager – Public Health

Innovaccer

• Own the public health domain point of view and product direction at both county and state levels. • Provide subject matter expertise on the US public health and community health context, including SDOH and HRSN, case management, disease surveillance and closed-loop referral. • Own the regulatory and consent framing • Define the innovation agenda: agentic workflows and predictive analytics that reduce manual effort for front-line public health and community staff, with clear human oversight on every automated step. • Run discovery directly with county and state agencies, and shape the roadmap that the platform and engineering teams execute. • Serve as product subject matter expert for public sector pursuits and RFP responses.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management or product leadership, with deep public sector health or public health domain experience.
  • Command of the US public health and community health landscape at county and state levels, including case management, SHIE and CIE, SDOH and HRSN, and closed-loop referral.
  • Fluency with healthcare consent and privacy regimes and with interoperability frameworks (FHIR, TEFCA, and state exchange frameworks).
  • The ability to define a credible agentic and predictive analytics roadmap and communicate it to agency buyers in plain terms.
  • US-based, with the ability to work across county and state client relationships.
  • Direct experience with state or county HHS, a public health department, or an HIE.
  • Experience partnering closely with a platform or engineering-facing product manager, including offshore engineering.
  • A track record of influencing procurement or RFP outcomes as a domain expert.
