• Serve as a go-to resource for GTM teams on reporting, data, process, and operational questions • Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting across pipeline, forecasting, performance, and funnel visibility • Analyze GTM performance and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations for GTM leadership • Own day-to-day sales compensation administration, including commission processing, reporting, reconciliations, and rep inquiries • Keep data accurate and processes consistent across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack • Drive adoption and effective use of the GTM tools used for prospecting, enrichment, and sales execution • Apply AI tools and automation to speed up prospecting, enrichment, and reporting tasks • Identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and help GTM teams work more effectively day-to-day

• Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the Vice President of Product owns the product vision, roadmap, and customer discovery process for Medrio’s full eClinical suite. • Working closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, this role is responsible for driving Medrio to $100M in bookings by 2028 by shipping products that SMB clinical trial customers choose first. • The VP of Product leads the Product Management and User-Centered Design functions, sets the AI-forward product strategy, and acts as the company’s chief customer advocate at the executive level.

• Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, lead Engineering, Test, IT Operations, and Deployment teams. • Drive Medrio’s AI-first engineering strategy, deliver software that customers trust, and build a high-performance team. • Own architecture, security posture, delivery standards, and the engineering organization’s culture, talent, and operational health. • Drive adoption of AI-assisted development across the engineering organization. • Own cloud-native architecture decisions across a multi-product SaaS platform. • Optimize the development lifecycle by eliminating bottlenecks and automating workflows. • Own Medrio’s security posture and ensure on-time renewal of compliance. • Interact with customers, strategic partners, and the Board to shape opportunities and roadmaps. • Lead a mixed org of engineering directors, senior managers, and senior ICs simultaneously.

• Establish and maintain operational readiness frameworks for existing products, releases, and product partners • Define and enforce readiness criteria to ensure offerings are implementable, supportable, and scalable • Build and standardize processes for ongoing product releases, partner enablement, and cross-functional execution • Coordinate execution across Product, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering to ensure alignment and accountability • Serve as the central point of coordination for third-party partners (e.g., AG Mednet, Pharmaseal), ensuring operational alignment and scalability • Translate product enhancements and partner initiatives into clear operational plans, including workflows, ownership, and delivery models • Establish and maintain structured customer feedback loops, incorporating insights from internal and external Product Advisory Councils into operational planning • Identify and resolve gaps between product design and real-world customer usage • Define and track key metrics related to readiness, operational efficiency, and partner performance • Provide clear communication on readiness status, risks, and dependencies to internal stakeholders and leadership • Continuously improve processes and frameworks to reduce friction and support scale

• As a Medrio Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be a part of the ITOps group responsible for maintaining all environments supporting the SDLC for Medrio’s platform.

• Maintain project documentation including creating Kick-Off Meeting presentations, Project Management Plans, meeting Agendas and Minutes, and overall project timelines • Modify template project documentation as required to best serve your individual project. • Use judgment and critical thinking skills to determine prioritization in workload that is effective and influences high impact delivery. • Manage EDC, EDC/ Imaging, EDC/Onboarding, EDC/ ePRO, EDC/ eConsent, and Hardware studies. • Ensure project plans and meeting notes are accurate, consistent, and easily accessible • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals. • Maintain a professional workspace and ensure cameras remain on for all external client meetings to foster engagement and rapport. • Provide proactive communication by setting clear expectations and providing project updates before the client requests them. • Respond to all client inquiries within 24 hours of receipt, providing at least a status update if a full resolution is pending. • Provide active coverage for fellow Associate Clinical Trial Project Managers during their absences with Team Lead to ensure seamless project continuity. • Ensure thorough hand-offs and documentation are maintained so team members can easily step in for OOO support. • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, providing recommendations for resolutions. • Tailor messages for different audiences (e.g., high-level summaries for executives, detailed data for engineers) and maintaining momentum in communication.

• Implement functionality in the Medrio platform, in accordance with standards and operating procedures • Contribute to quality assurance processes through activities such as functional and unit testing, defect triage, and regular code reviews • Create and maintain internal and external feature documentation, including design and test plans, API guides, and process documents • Participate in team exercises (meetings, planning discussions, etc) in an inclusive manner • Provide operational support for Medrio platform components in regulated, validated environments

• Work closely with customers to define and document scope and functionality of software features, implementation details and usability needs • Feed customer requirements into our product backlog in the form of User Stories and detailed, usable test cases and storyboards/prototypes following SCRUM principles • Work with the SCRUM Team to ensure features are implemented and tested correctly and on time • Develop customer-facing documentation including user manuals, help files, best practices documentation, release notes, etc. • Manage customer expectations regarding feature development and releases, training, etc. • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders project progress, milestones achieved, risks and roadblocks • Other customer-facing duties including training, technical sales support and other responsibilities may be required from time to time • Other duties as assigned

• Partner closely with customers to define, document, and validate the scope, functionality, and usability requirements for software features. • Translate discovery findings into clear, actionable artifacts—user stories, storyboards, annotated wireframes, and working AI-generated prototypes—so stakeholders can see and react to ideas, not just read about them. • Manage customer expectations transparently around feature development timelines, releases, and training—keeping communication proactive, not reactive. • Represent the product in customer-facing settings including demos, training sessions, and technical sales support as needed. • Leverage AI coding assistants, no-code/low-code builder platforms, and vibe coding techniques to produce interactive prototypes that validate ideas before a single line of production code is written. • Demonstrate new feature concepts to internal teams and customers using working builds—reducing ambiguity and accelerating stakeholder alignment. • Champion AI-augmented workflows within the product team: prompt engineering for spec drafting, automated test case generation, rapid documentation, and more. • Stay current with the evolving AI tooling landscape and continuously bring high-value techniques back to the team. • Own and maintain a well-groomed product backlog: write high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria, detailed test cases, and supporting visuals. • Collaborate daily with the Scrum team—developers, QA, and design—to ensure features are built, tested, and shipped to spec and on schedule. • Communicate sprint progress, milestones, risks, and blockers to all stakeholders with clarity and consistency. • Author and maintain customer-facing content: user manuals, in-app help, best practices guides, and release notes. • Develop internal documentation—feature specs, process guides, and onboarding materials—keeping knowledge accessible and up to date.

• Develop, maintain, and scale end-to-end automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend services independently with minimal supervision. • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable delivery. • Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies across API, UI, integration, regression, performance, and security testing. • Collaborate with engineers to improve code testability, reliability, and overall product quality. • Track and analyze quality metrics, automation coverage, defect trends, and regression risks; recommend improvements. • Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance from a quality perspective. • Mentor and coach junior QA/SDET engineers, promoting best practices in automation and quality engineering. • Drive quality initiatives across teams, influencing design and architecture decisions to enhance testability. • Leverage AI/ML tools for intelligent test generation, prioritization, defect prediction, and test data management. • Advocate for quality in product planning, release readiness, and post-release analysis.
