• Own and Scale Community Programs • Scale Supabase developer meetups, workshops, and hackathons globally • Partner with DevRel to align community events with product launches and developer education initiatives • Coordinate community meetups around major industry events and Launch Week • Support community programming connected to Supabase Select • Support the SupaSquad advocate network through community activations • Support Industry Event Activations • Support Supabase’s presence at conferences such as AWS re:Invent, KubeCon, Stripe Sessions, Dash, and other events • Coordinate developer-focused side events, meetups, and partner activations around major conferences • Collaborate with Partnerships on co-hosted events • Turn Experiments Into Scalable Programs • Build playbooks and frameworks for community and ecosystem programs • Identify opportunities to scale successful initiatives across regions • Standardizing event formats and processes as program grow • Collaborate Across the Events Team • Partner with the events team on logistics and execution for community programs • Support promotion and event readiness with Marketing • Help ensure strong attendee experiences and post-event follow-up

• Monitor and join active conversations across platforms like X, Reddit, and Discord to support database professionals. • Create high-quality, long-lasting content, including videos and blog posts, that helps users master our tools. • Represent DataGrip at conferences by giving technical talks and mingling with the community. • Gather real-world user insights and pain points from the field and bring them directly to our internal product teams. • Build and sustain visibility across a massive, diverse landscape of database communities.

Role Description This position is a home/remote based and is responsible for supporting the Employee Relations Department (Employee Relations Service Center), Unemployment Department, and Compliance Department. The ER Coordinator will: - Intake, triage, build, investigate, and assign cases. - Follow-up on all Employee Relations matters. - Respond to Unemployment claims in a timely manner. - Maintain case management databases and reporting metrics. - Maintain case files and respond to requests from third parties and the Legal department. Employee Relations Coordinators are empathetic and objective individuals with great interpersonal skills who can build relationships with employees and business stakeholders. They exercise good judgment and problem-solving skills to regularly resolve conflicts. They must have extensive knowledge of employment law and adhere to company and industry regulations at all times. Qualifications - Associate degree preferred. - 0 - 4 years of related experience. - Directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements.
