Role Description We are seeking an experienced Umbraco specialist to design and configure new Development, Staging and Production environments aligned to our existing platform architecture. The engagement will include: - Reviewing the current setup - Implementing the new environment structure - Validating configuration consistency - Producing comprehensive technical and operational documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer This is not a BAU support role and we already have an existing support contract for day-to-day operational issues. There may be opportunities for separately scoped follow-on engagements covering: - Platform upgrades - Cyber compliance and hardening activities - Specialist content design support where internal expertise is unavailable We are looking for a supplier who can: - Work independently - Define the technical approach - Deliver agreed outcomes against clear milestones and deliverables The engagement is expected to operate via a pre-agreed bank of days, which can be called off individually as required against defined work packages and deliverables. Work will be requested on an ad hoc basis, with no guarantee of minimum utilisation and no obligation for either party to enter into further engagements. Each call-off will have an agreed scope, outcome and acceptance criteria, providing flexibility for both parties while ensuring delivery against business requirements. Fixed-price, milestone-based or call-off day-bank proposals will be considered. • Assess business challenges and translate them into a practical transformation approach - connecting outcomes, process, platforms, and AI into one clear story • Evaluate SaaS and enterprise platforms against business requirements, making clear and reasoned recommendations on whether to optimise, replace, or supplement existing capability • Assess AI and automation opportunities through the lens of feasibility, data readiness, integration complexity, and risk - and explain the logic clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Design governance frameworks and guardrails for AI-enabled workflows, including human-in-the-loop models • Lead process and operating model assessment alongside technology assessment • Define target-state architectures and transition roadmaps tied directly to business outcomes • Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and executive-level discussions as the lead technical voice • Develop business cases and investment recommendations for senior decision-makers

• Leading and facilitating E2E process mapping workshops with stakeholders and agents • Producing BPMN process maps covering swim lanes, hand-offs, rework loops, VA vs. NVA activity, and processing times • Interrogating operational data in Excel and turning it into clear findings and recommendations • Building and presenting polished PowerPoint decks to senior client stakeholders • Conducting interviews with frontline agents to surface root causes and improvement opportunities • Reviewing SOPs and assessing agent adherence to procedure
