• Design, implement, and test new OrioleDB features and integrate them cleanly with PostgreSQL's planner, executor, and surrounding subsystems. • Build out and maintain test infrastructure: regression suites, fuzzing, randomized testing, crash and recovery testing, and CI pipelines. • Identify and prepare patches suitable for upstreaming to PostgreSQL core. • Improve performance, resilience, monitoring, and operational tooling for production use. • Debug and resolve complex issues in low-level C code, including in storage, replication, indexing, and query execution paths. • Participate in design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews — both inside Supabase and in the PostgreSQL community. • Write clear technical documentation, design notes, and upstream proposals. • Have co-responsibility for troubleshooting, analyzing, supporting and maintaining oriledb postgres and bundled extensions in production deployments.

Role Description We’re looking for a Platform Evangelist to join our Partnerships Team and help embed Supabase into the global AWS Solutions Architect community. This role reports directly to the Alliance Lead for the AWS partnership. You’ll work closely with AWS Solutions Architects , helping us proactively identify customer problems where Supabase is the right solution and closing the gap between partner intent and real customer outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about building developer tools that scale to millions. In this role, you’ll focus on three core pillars: - Technical Evangelism & Education - Build deep relationships with AWS Solutions Architects, focusing initially on defined verticals and open-source database migration motions. - Develop and deliver technical workshops, training materials, and enablement content to give AWS SAs the fluency to position Supabase. - Create demos, integration guides, and reference architectures that make Supabase’s fit with AWS services immediately legible. - Partner with AWS SAs on active opportunities, providing technical support to move deals forward and feeding pipeline intelligence back to the alliance. - Technical Support & Enablement - Resolve blockers for AWS SAs working on Supabase implementations to maintain their credibility with customers. - Troubleshoot complex integration scenarios and turn solutions into reusable assets. - Maintain a close feedback loop with Supabase product and engineering teams to ensure technical guidance reflects the latest platform capabilities. - Measure success through co-sell opportunities sourced (ACE pipeline), influenced deals, and SA enablement metrics. - Content Creation & Thought Leadership - Write technical blog posts and case studies that demonstrate real-world Supabase implementations. - Represent Supabase at conferences, meetups, and AWS-sponsored events (e.g., re:Invent and regional summits). - Develop video content and interactive learning experiences to reduce the "time-to-fluency" for AWS SAs. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in technical roles with deep hands-on AWS experience. - Previous experience working at AWS or as an AWS partner is required. - Understand AWS SAs' incentives, how they make recommendations, and how the partner ecosystem influences decisions. - Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences, explaining complex concepts with ease. - Have a strong technical foundation in PostgreSQL, APIs, and modern development frameworks like React and Next.js. - Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly to build a playbook from scratch. - Are energized by solving real-world problems for developers. • Own the Go Terraform provider codebase, including architecture, implementation quality, test strategy, and release readiness. • Improve Terraform provider reliability and ergonomics, including resource behavior, data sources, lifecycle edge cases, and upgrade safety. • Drive technical strategy for IaC workflows through design docs, RFCs, and iterative delivery. • Build practical migration and interoperability paths for existing Terraform users. • Partner with product and engineering leadership in a shared roadmap model to define priorities, scope, and outcomes. • Monitor customer feedback, OSS issues, and usage signals to continuously improve the Terraform experience. • Create clear documentation and examples that make IaC workflows easier to understand and adopt.

• Evolving Supabase Edge Runtime - an Open-sourced Rust-based host that runs the Deno isolate, manages the main/user runtime split, and enforces per-request memory and CPU limits. • Implementing monitoring, alerting, and OpenTelemetry tracing across the runtime, then using that visibility to drive optimizations that improve latency and reliability of the service. • Working closely with the Deno and other open-source teams, contributing to upstream and relaying our users' requirements. • Participating in an on-call rotation to keep Edge Functions healthy in production. • Help manage and improve features like scheduled functions, background tasks, WebSockets streaming, ephemeral file storage, and custom routing. • Integrating functions more tightly with the rest of the Supabase stack - Auth, Postgres, Storage, and Realtime. • Expanding functions to support more use cases (AI inference, MCP servers, hosting simple websites, URL shorteners). • Improving the DX of developing and debugging functions locally through the Supabase CLI, including DevTools integration, logging, and production parity.

• Act as primary counsel for product and engineering teams from concept through launch • Advise on legal issues related to product development, data usage, privacy, security, AI, integrations, and APIs • Partner with Engineering and Product on privacy, AI and compliance questions • Build scalable product launch review processes, legal checklists, internal guidance, and playbooks • Own and drive, global privacy, data protection, and AI governance strategy, including regulatory compliance across relevant jurisdictions • Advise on global privacy, regulatory, and compliance considerations related to Supabase products • Support customer and GTM teams on privacy related contract issues, product terms, security and privacy questions, and enterprise risk reviews • Help develop and maintain legal frameworks for AI and data usage, product claims, third party integrations, and partner and customer facing commitments • Partner cross functionally with Security, Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and People as Supabase scales • Serve as a key legal voice on cross-functional leadership decisions, including on matters of regulatory risk, privacy posture, and product strategy

Role Description We're hiring a second Sales Lead in our Americas region. The region is growing fast enough that one leader isn't enough. You'll inherit a foundation of existing reps, build out the team further, and own your segment, reporting directly to the VP of Sales. You'll work alongside our existing AMER leader and partner directly with Solutions Architects, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role suits someone who's done this before in a technical environment and does their best work where the playbook doesn't exist yet. What you'll do - Lead and grow the team - Take ownership of an existing group of Account Executives and BDRs, then grow it. - Set coaching rhythms, career paths, and clear expectations from day one. - Build a culture where speed and customer obsession are the baseline, not the aspiration. - Drive revenue - Own pipeline, forecast accuracy, and quarterly targets for your segment. - Find and pursue whitespace across startups, mid-market, and enterprise. - Partner with Finance and Leadership on territory design, capacity planning, and quota modeling. - Execute GTM - Translate Supabase's GTM strategy into a focused execution plan for your patch. - Go deep on AI builders and app modernization. - Build outbound motions that match how AMER buyers actually buy. - Work cross-functionally - Define how Sales and Solutions Architects work together on technical discovery and POCs. - Bring customer intelligence back to Product and Engineering. - Partner with Customer Success to make sure wins stick and accounts expand. • Maintain and improve our AWS organizational architecture (Organizations, SCPs, SSO, IAM) • Define and maintain reusable infrastructure standards and patterns, improving operational excellence across teams • Implement preventive and detective controls across the AWS estate, working closely with our Security department • Create financial visibility and enforce resource ownership, working closely with our FinOps department

• Design, build, and operate backend APIs and services in TypeScript, using NestJS patterns (modules, providers, pipelines) where that is how we ship - prioritizing security, performance, and clear contracts for internal and external consumers. • Design and develop CLI tooling that is consistent, secure, and performant across Windows, Linux, and macOS, aligned with the same platform capabilities the backend exposes. • Collaborate with product and platform teams to define end-to-end behavior: from HTTP/API design through to how the CLI and local development stack surface those capabilities. • Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests across backend and CLI so reliability and maintainability stay high as the surface area grows. • Create documentation and help content for API consumers, CLI users, and contributing developers. • Participate in releases, versioning, and backwards compatibility for the components you own. • Monitor usage and feedback; work with customers and the open source community to improve both API/backend and CLI experiences.
