Bénéficiez d'une formation de qualité tout en acquérant une expérience concrète. - Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients dans le secteur de l'administration de biens, en assurant le suivi commercial et comptable des mandats. - Prospecter, négocier et conclure de nouveaux contrats de gestion immobilière, en veillant à leur bonne intégration comptable (appels de fonds, quittances). - Assurer la comptabilité des mandats de gérance et de copropriété, incluant rapprochements bancaires et contrôle des factures fournisseurs. - Établir les appels de loyers, appels de fonds et comptes-rendus de gestion, en lien avec les objectifs de satisfaction client. - Conseiller les propriétaires et copropriétaires sur les aspects comptables et sur le développement de leur portefeuille. - Développer des partenariats stratégiques et un réseau d'apporteurs d'affaires, en garantissant la qualité comptable des dossiers apportés. - Suivre les indicateurs de performance commerciale et budgétaire, en croisant données de CA et données comptables (régularisations, clôtures). - Préparer les documents comptables et fiscaux destinés aux clients, en appui de la relation commerciale. Qualifications - Formation : Tu prépares un Bac+3 en immobilier - Savoir-être : - Rigueur, méthode et sens de l’analyse - Qualités relationnelles et sens du service - Goût pour le travail en équipe et les missions transverses - Autonomie, proactivité et force de proposition Location - Localisation du poste : Thonon-les-Bains - Localisation de l’école : La Défense – Courbevoie & en ligne Type de contrat - Apprentissage Compensation - Aucun frais ne sera à la charge des candidats - Rémunération selon niveau d'études + âge Date de début - Octobre
