• Serve as lead for programming, analytics, and statistics when working collaboratively with teams of health services researchers and business analysts to draw insight and intelligence from large administrative claims datasets, electronic medical records and various healthcare registry datasets. • Identify and develop solutions that can be implemented to key strategic business problems using high-level modeling and statistical analyses techniques. • Utilize SQL to perform advanced-level data extraction, transformation and data management; fully document and manage library of source code and algorithms for future use. • Identify, develop and test hypotheses in support of research and product offerings, and communicate findings in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to our clients. • Respond to and lead highly complex operational data requests and create ad-hoc queries to support research projects. • Provide quality control, quality assurance and review for projects where not the lead including solution orientated approaches and mentoring for cross functional training across the functional project teams. • Serve as lead when working closely with Inovalon’s Enterprise Data Management, Data Integration, MORE2 Registry®, and iPORT+™ teams to identify, understand, and resolve data issues and improve the efficiency, productivity and scalability of Avalere and Inovalon Product and production data processes. • Troubleshoot complex production-related issues and coordinate successful resolution. • Assist with the evaluation of data analytic vendors and tools. • Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement. • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position. • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company. • Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function. • We reserve the right to change this job description from time to time as business needs dictate and will provide notice of such.

• Own the complete Reporting function. • Lead the Data & Reporting team with end-to-end ownership. • Review technical solutions before delivery. • Guide team members and establish coding and reporting standards. • Prioritize work based on business impact. • Develop a strong understanding of business workflows and data across multiple modules. • Understand how data flows between different systems. • Identify downstream reporting impacts whenever application changes occur. • Work closely with Engineering Leads, QA, Product and Business teams. • Independently interact with Client Account Managers and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements. • Provide timely updates, communicate risks and manage stakeholder expectations. • Analyze incoming requests and perform effort estimation.

• Design and run the experimentation engine for fundraising actions. • Build predictive and forecasting models that drive donor lifetime value and retention. • Own model quality and evaluation for trustworthy AI products. • Manage ML lifecycle on Databricks and MLflow including model training and performance monitoring. • Define technical direction for data science with high standards and rigor. • Partner daily with data engineers and AI engineers.

• Establish and evolve the operational analytics framework for new international markets, ensuring scalable measurement, reporting, and decision-making capabilities as we expand globally • Operate with a business owner mindset by proactively identifying opportunities through analysis and product sense to enhance user experience, growth, and profitability • Own business problems from end to end by translating analytical insights into recommendations and optimization strategies that support business growth, profitability, and operational excellence • Take ownership of the end-to-end analytics process: define success metrics, generate insights and hypotheses, track performance, and create intuitive dashboards and reports that can be easily shared across the organization • Develop scalable analytics solutions and data models • Tackle ambiguous problems by identifying the core hypotheses and designing actionable experiments to validate product-market fit and economic viability • Translate analytical findings into clear and compelling narratives and business cases for leadership to inform decision-making • Spearhead weekly cross-functional metric reviews, collaborating with partners to conduct deep dives into significant metric shifts and suggest actionable steps • Partner effectively across Product, Risk, Finance, Commercial, and Operations to align strategies and execute against business objectives • Foster strong cross-functional relationships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to team members • Mentor and guide junior analysts to deliver high-impact work that drives business results
