Qualifications - 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience delivering large-scale software or technology programs. - Proven experience leading complex cross-functional technical initiatives involving Product Management, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, and Platform teams. - Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). - Experience delivering AI-powered product capabilities, machine learning platforms, recommendation systems, or intelligent automation solutions. - Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills. - Experience managing program roadmaps, dependencies, risks, governance, and executive reporting. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. - Experience managing multiple concurrent programs within fast-paced technology environments. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused outcomes.
