Account Executive, Cargo Solutions

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities across Europe, focusing on retailer-mandated programs, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and producers • Manage and grow existing customer accounts through a consultative sales approach and regular customer engagement • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders within customer organizations • Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations to secure new business and expand existing partnerships • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and business updates • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities, providing insights to support strategic decision-making • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful project execution • Represent Copeland Cargo Solutions at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within cold chain logistics, transportation, supply chain, food industry, or related markets
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiations
  • Experience working with temperature-sensitive, perishable, or high-value products
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%-50% across Europe, depending on location
