Job Requirements

  • Experience Needed:
  • Work through a warm outreach campaign of ~2,400 existing members with a 10–12 touch cadence per contact
  • Identify upsell opportunities e.g. member of Product A, pitch Product C at a higher price point
  • Manage leads and pipeline stages through Nutshell CRM using provided lists, templates, and scripts
  • Set appointments with a target conversion rate of 5–10% appointment set, ~15–20% of those closed
  • Support cross-sell and upsell across all four product lines to grow revenue and market excitement
  • Longer-term: re-engage contacts on renewal cycles quarterly and work into the broader 424,000+ contact database
  • Good to have:
  • Great English communication skills
  • Prior SDR or outbound sales experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured cadence-based outreach

Role Description The Account Executive is responsible for driving business in assigned accounts (new and installed as assigned) with a concentration on new add-on business and product expansion across the West Territory.
