• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients; • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, while managing the entire sales cycle; • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients; • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and prepare tailored value propositions; • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts and drive sales initiatives; • Deliver engaging presentations and product demos to prospective clients; • Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies; • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives in a timely manner.

• Help Tenchi clients understand our product features and best practices for reducing cyber risk in cloud environments, ensuring the successful adoption of our product integrated into the client's third-party risk management process. • Perform routine operations to meet our clients' requests, generating insights to guide future automation of these operations. • Diagnose product-related issues and work with the technical support and engineering teams to resolve client issues efficiently. • Monitor the health of client environments and collaborate with them to drive product adoption. • Work with the product team by providing customer feedback and offering insights for product improvements and enhancements. • Proactively engage with clients to identify their needs, concerns, and areas for improvement, assisting them in achieving their cybersecurity objectives. • Track and report key metrics such as client satisfaction, product usage, and retention. • Assist in the creation and maintenance of client-facing resources, such as FAQs, product documentation, and best practice guides. • Experience with Python programming and task automation is a plus. • Experience building and maintaining QuickSight, PowerBI, and other analytics dashboards is a plus.

• Manage and optimize serverless infrastructure to ensure scalability, high availability, and cost efficiency using services like AWS Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, AWS Batch, and more. • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Github Actions, AWS CodePipeline and CodeBuild. • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Cloudformation and AWS CDK. • Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. • Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices for AWS security and compliance. • Monitor and manage security measures within the AWS environment to protect against potential threats. • Monitor system performance, analyze metrics, and implement optimizations to enhance overall system efficiency. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AWS infrastructure, automation processes, and best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and services. • Communicate effectively with team members, providing technical guidance and expertise.

• Produce written B2B content based on provided briefs and guidelines; • Create content across multiple formats, including: - Blog posts and articles - LinkedIn posts - Case studies and simple customer stories - Landing pages and ebook copy • Adapt technical and business topics into clear, structured, and easy-to-understand content; • Revise and optimize content based on feedback; • Ensure consistency with Tenchi’s tone of voice and messaging; • Deliver content on time and maintain a steady production pace.
