• Assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories • Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery • Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners • Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information • Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals) • Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities • Welcome and greet all guests and anticipate and address their needs • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly • Contribute to team goals • Always follow company policies and safety procedures

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of on-site timeshare sales experience with documented performance results
  • Open availability Monday through Saturday, mornings and evenings
  • Active Real Estate or Timeshare Sales license for one of the listed states
  • Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
  • Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements
  • One-year related experience is preferred

Role Description The Account Executive is responsible for driving business in assigned accounts (new and installed as assigned) with a concentration on new add-on business and product expansion across the West Territory. The AE is expected to identify, drive, and sell Verint solutions and maintain effective account relationships within their assigned territory.
