• Lead legal support across Spark's institutional products, including SparkLend, Spark Prime and Spark Savings. • Draft, negotiate and manage complex commercial agreements with institutional counterparties. • Structure strategic partnerships with banks, custodians, asset managers, fintechs and infrastructure providers. • Advise leadership on corporate governance and strategic legal matters. • Support capital raises, strategic investments and corporate transactions. • Advise on DAO governance and decentralized governance frameworks where required.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of legal experience, with significant in-house experience
  • Qualified lawyer in a major jurisdiction (US, UK, EU or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting high-growth technology or financial services businesses
  • Strong background negotiating complex commercial agreements
  • Experience advising executive leadership on strategic legal matters
