• Write, review, and adjust all estimates of property losses as assigned. • Meet with customers and vendors in person when necessary and may include climbing a roof and carrying/extending a ladder. • Report on timely, detailed, and accurate reports on all claims assigned. • Resolve all claims according to Accelerated Disputed Resolutions program. • Attend hearings, pretrials and trials as required. • Develop rapport with agents and all people in contact with daily.
