• Lead design-partner discovery and validation with a small set of institutional custodians, help land the first relationships, and turn what they actually need into product direction. • Own the bar for evidence: every feature or direction is gated against defined proof-of-concept exit criteria. • Translate complex systems concepts into precise product specifications that engineers can build against without a second translation layer. • Pressure-test competitive and threat-model claims (e.g. how our enforcement-and-evidence story actually differs from incumbents) • Maintain the roadmap and manage cross-functional dependencies, timelines, and sequencing as the product takes shape.

• Own and deliver end-to-end TRM solutions for clients, from understanding complex client requirements to designing advanced business processes, customizing the platform, integrating TRM APIs, and conducting testing and training for maximum client impact. • Act as the go-to technical consultant during discovery calls with key clients and prospects, documenting intricate technical requirements and guiding solution design. • Present TRM's APIs and architecture to clients, providing detailed guidance on implementation, timelines, and potential challenges, while ensuring alignment with their strategic goals. • Develop and maintain high-quality resources for client integrations, including API documentation, reference architectures, and implementation guides, ensuring a smooth client onboarding experience. • Cultivate strong relationships with technical stakeholders at client organizations, providing expert-level support throughout the integration process and troubleshooting any issues that arise. • Stay current with TRM’s evolving product features and technical dependencies to ensure alignment between client needs and TRM's product roadmap, advocating for enhancements when necessary.

• Collaborate with an experienced team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to design and build scalable infrastructure for TRM's products and services. • Be deeply involved in the technical details of building highly available infrastructure. • Develop software and tooling to facilitate greater automation, support, maintenance, and operability of services. • Use data to understand the availability, reliability, and sustainability of our infrastructure. • Actively engage in systems hardening and compliance (e.g., SOC2, FedRAMP). • Work with product and engineering leadership to set strategy, priorities, and mission for the Infrastructure team.

• Be a foundational architect and builder in the quest for a resilient, decentralized and unbiased world currency. • Tackle fundamental challenges in how software mediates thought, how AI augments human capability, and how complex information can be made intuitively navigable and creatively extensible. • Focus on building automated workflows and data systems that serve as critical infrastructure and early explorations into these deeper challenges of structure, change, and representation. • Lead the design and implementation of the “Atlas Workflow Automation v2” system, focusing on robust data synchronization between Notion and our backend, precise change-tracking for hierarchical content, and automated governance proposal generation. • Develop and own the reliability of data pipelines, including implementing automated testing, comprehensive monitoring, and robust rollback/repair tooling. • Architect and build core backend services and data models with an emphasis on event-driven architecture.

• Build M0’s enterprise risk program from scratch covering security, operational, regulatory, and counterparty risk, including the risk register, annual assessments, scenario analyses, and escalation framework across all entities. • Own M0's compliance posture across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other applicable frameworks — driving all non-technical workstreams (policy writing, auditor coordination, vendor risk, access reviews, third-party SaaS vendor evaluations) and keeping the organization audit-ready at all times. • Design and maintain M0's incident response framework, ISMS documentation, and security policies — own external security vendor relationships, facilitate tabletop exercises covering IR, BCP, and DR scenarios, and drive the selection of a security advisory firm for on-call support. • Serve as M0's primary point of contact for institutional partner security due diligence and inbound security questionnaires, build and maintain the reusable documentation package for responding to partner requests, and coordinate with Senior Counsel on information security representations in commercial agreements. • Design and own M0's security awareness training program, ensure all employees understand their security obligations, and build a proactive security culture across engineering, operations, legal, and business teams.

• Architect and develop Solana programs in Rust, using Anchor and/or native frameworks. • Maintain and extend M0’s existing issuance infrastructure, with a focus on Token-2022 extensions. • Optimize programs for compute unit usage, account size, and transaction packing. • Participate actively in code and design reviews. • Prepare codebases for third-party audits, including writing comprehensive tests, invariants, and fuzz harnesses.

• Build and lead a high-caliber engineering team delivering on-chain programs and backend services. • Architect and ship smart contracts across EVM and non-EVM chains (Solana and others) with a high bar for precision and safety. • Mentor engineers and set the technical direction for the issuance stack. • Drive code and design reviews, raising the quality bar across the team. • Prepare codebases for third-party audits with comprehensive tests, invariants, AI-assisted review, and fuzz testing harnesses.

• Build and run Midas's distribution engine • Expand the reach of mTokens by establishing and scaling commercial relationships with exchanges, custodians, wallets, DeFi protocols, and fintechs • Establish processes identifying the right distribution channels • Own outbound and inbound motion across all verticals & distribution channels • Source, qualify, and close opportunities that scale our TVL • Define ICPs, segmentation, messaging, and sales motion for each partner archetype • Own the commercial relationship with Midas's most strategic counterparties • Expand partnerships, deepen integrations, and ensure every account compounds • Hire and further develop the execution team • Feed competitive, pricing, and product insights to leadership
