PRESALES / SOLUTION SALES ARCHITECT

Role Description Your mission: - Developing solutions for prospects and customers leveraging the whole portfolio of aDvens. - Creation of professional, high-quality customer offers. - Close cooperation with the sales team members and across all other business areas to continuously improve collaboration and the portfolio. - Constantly updating your knowledge about industry trends and new technologies, as well as new opportunities and capabilities of the aDvens portfolio. - Collaborating with regional partners and suppliers to create synergies and maintain profound knowledge of their portfolio. - Managing offer preparation and content, as well as coordinating content updates for offer documents by the relevant internal teams. - Evaluate opportunities and customer requirements/objectives and work closely with all business units to determine our value proposition and develop the appropriate offer strategy based on customer requirements to maximize the win rate. - Present and demonstrate our solutions to prospects and customers, including conducting proof-of-value activities in collaboration with all business units, partners, and suppliers. - Build and maintain close relationships with customers to act as a trusted advisor supporting their decision-making. - Continuously improve proposal documents, materials, and processes. - Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously refine and improve the sales process and solution offering. - Ensuring a smooth handover to service delivery units and being available for technical clarifications or adjustments. - Representing aDvens at local/international events and conferences to generate leads and demand. - Supporting aDvens brand building and spreading the aDvens values. Qualifications - You like being in contact with prospects and customers. - You enjoy working in a team. - You are familiar with sales methodologies, especially the technical and ideally in the cyber sector. - You want to contribute to aDvens' regional, national, and international development. - You are passionate about Cybersecurity and all its challenges. - Typically 3 to 8+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry. - Successful experience in roles such as Cybersecurity Consultant, Technical Account Manager (TAM), or Sales Engineer at an MSSP or a cybersecurity vendor. - Experience working with Enterprise and Mid-Market clients is essential. - Profound up-to-date technical knowledge about IT and especially Cybersecurity technologies with a focus on incident detection and response related solutions. - IT & Cybersecurity certifications like ITIL, CISSP, CISM or ISO 27001 are a plus. - Convincing? No problem for you! You know how to adopt the right posture for delivering compelling product demonstrations and defending technical-commercial proposals in front of C-level stakeholders (CISOs/CIOs). - You're not afraid of juggling several assignments at once, from one subject to another. - You want to join a dynamic company that puts meaning into its business. - Language skills (both mandatory): German (full professional proficiency, C1) and English (full professional proficiency). • Define and evolve the architecture of web applications and APIs • Lead technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives • Design solutions using React, Node.js, and cloud services • Ensure security, scalability, availability, and performance requirements • Participate in technical and solution architecture reviews
• Drive new customer and expansion opportunities by articulating Cohesity’s Data Cloud portfolio—backup, recovery, cyber resilience, and data security management capabilities to business and technical audiences. • Provide expert, tailored technical support throughout the sales cycle, including discovery, solution design, demos, and proofs of concept. • Support technical strategy for enterprise opportunities in partnership with the Account Executive, contributing to deal progression and win strategy. • Enable customers to integrate Cohesity products into existing production environments, responding to technical requests in a timely and professional manner. • Lead and support technical engagements such as product demonstrations, workshops, white papers, proposals, and evaluations. • Identify customer requirements and risk areas, helping shape proofs of concept that highlight Cohesity’s value in cyber resilience and data security. • Assist with competitive displacement conversations by understanding customer environments and positioning Cohesity effectively. • Collaborate cross ‑ functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Support to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. • Provide post ‑ sales technical assistance or project support when needed to ensure successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Automate contract-to-billing configuration, translating signed terms into correct billing setup validated before go-live • Own the onboarding activation tracker, driving each new customer through to live and billing correctly • Build billing reconciliation automation that flags discrepancies before customers see them, and own customer-facing resolution of disputes through to close • Build SIM order intake and logistics automation, taking Account Executives off the operational path • Build the renewal-admin engine: renewal calendar, auto-renewal comms, and Salesforce renewal-field hygiene, partnering with Revenue Operations • Extend the existing account health and expansion signal system, routing ready-to-action findings to Account Executives and closing the loop on execution • Own migration completion tracking and customer communication, partnering with Solutions on technical execution • Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tooling into the post-sale stack, separating what compounds impact from what adds noise
